A Minnesota state senator recently took to social media to voice her concerns with her party’s caucus and convention process, alleging “deeply troubling incidents” that “undermine the rules of the process.”...

• Pha wrote that participants reported “troubling incidents,” including the “recruitment of individuals from outside the district to participate as delegates and instances where candidates and campaign organizers instructed people to list addresses where they do not live in order to qualify as delegates.”
