Sound familiar?
That is EXACTLY what the Obama administration did in 2016. 
It’s something no one in the media or the political space grasped during the tsunami of breathless reaction that followed the interview.
In July 2016, the Obama administration accepted unsolicited information from Alexander Downer, an Australian diplomat who just happened to have helped arrange a $25 million government donation to the Clinton Foundation years before.
Downer said that he had witnessed a Trump campaign aide, George Papadopoulos, bragging about some dirt that the Russians supposedly had on Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
Though Downer’s claim was reported two-plus months after the alleged event, and was only hearsay gathered at a London tavern, the Obama administration gave it to the FBI which, in turn, thought it was weighty enough to justify opening a counterintelligence case against the lawfully elected Republican nominee for president.
In other words, the Democratic administration accepted dirt from a foreign friendly and used it to justify investigating its GOP rival.
And then, OMG, they did it again just a few weeks later..."

He exposes the dark hearts of those comfortable, left-wing champions of mainstream culture through the clever deployment of undercover video cameras and concealed microphones.
O’Keefe’s latest offense involves uncovering internal documents detailing Pinterest’s flagging of conservative commentator and observant Jew Ben Shapiro as a “white supremacist.”
The social media site also designated the pro-life website run by LiveAction as pornographic.
For exposing the biased inner workings of a social media giant, O’Keefe found himself banned from Twitter for violating the offensive Pinterest’s “privacy.”
This latest conservative banning, of course, is part of an ongoing attempt by the wealthy owners of social networks to preserve their self-appointed position as collective defenders of the truth.

"In retail stores, Bluetooth "beacons" are watching you, using hidden technology in your phone. 
From a report:
Imagine you are shopping in your favorite grocery store. As you approach the dairy aisle, you are sent a push notification in your phone: "10 percent off your favorite yogurt! Click here to redeem your coupon." You considered buying yogurt on your last trip to the store, but you decided against it. How did your phone know? Your smartphone was tracking you. The grocery store got your location data and paid a shadowy group of marketers to use that information to target you with ads. Recent reports have noted how companies use data gathered from cell towers, ambient Wi-Fi, and GPS. But the location data industry has a much more precise, and unobtrusive, tool: Bluetooth beacons.

These beacons are small, inobtrusive electronic devices that are hidden throughout the grocery store; an app on your phone that communicates with them informed the company not only that you had entered the building, but that you had lingered for two minutes in front of the low-fat Chobanis. Most location services use cell towers and GPS, but these technologies have limitations. Cell towers have wide coverage, but low location accuracy: An advertiser can think you are in Walgreens, but you're actually in McDonald's next door. GPS, by contrast, can be accurate to a radius of around five meters (16 feet), but it does not work well indoors. Bluetooth beacons, however, can track your location accurately from a range of inches to about 50 meters. They use little energy, and they work well indoors. That has made them popular among companies that want precise tracking inside a store."

“In summary, the trend signal in hurricane activity has not yet had time to rise above the background variability of natural processes. 

Manmade climate change may have caused changes in hurricane activity that are not yet detectable due to the small magnitude of these changes compared to estimated natural variability, or due to observational limitations. 

But at this point, there is no convincing evidence that manmade global warming has caused a change in hurricane activity.”

I’m sure many would dismiss this conclusion as ‘denial’, in spite of the extensive documentation and logic of my arguments.

"This week we learned from a brave whistleblower that Pinterest, a site known primarily for recipes and home decorating ideas, is blocking content from websites that their Orwellian-monikered Trust and Safety team in San Francisco find offensive—by dishonestly labeling them as po*n sites. 
PJ Media is one of several conservative sites being blocked by the platform.

What was revealed at Pinterest this week, however, is just the tip of the censorship iceberg—and things will likely only get worse as our nation becomes increasingly polarized and the Big Brothers of Big Tech become more emboldened and less secretive about their hostility toward conservatives.

First, let's review what we learned this week. Project Veritas highlighted the blacklisting issues involved, which include:

•  Insider: Search Term “Christian” Won’t Auto-Complete, Others Can’t Trend, No Notifications, or Recommendations
•  Pinterest Blacklisted Pro-Life Group LiveAction.org, Classified as “Pornography,” Cannot Link to Site
•  Leaked “Sensitive Terms List” Includes “bible verses” and “christian easter”
•  Ben Shapiro Commentary Censored in “zero tolerance moment,” Slack Messages Reveal
•  Planned Parenthood Undercover Videos Marked as “harmful” Conspiracy

I navigated over to Pinterest—which went public in April of this year, raising $1.5 billion in its initial offering—to find out if PJM has been blacklisted and indeed it appears it has. 

I tried to "pin" several of our articles there, including Stephen Green's completely innocuous and apolitical review of Apple's new monitor stand and sure enough, Pinterest blocked it due to "inappropriate content."

PJM's Debra Heine tried to post a link to a PJM article about a Trump rally and got the same message:

Worse, when I tried to add an image to the pin and clicked "save from site," which ordinarily brings up images from the website you're linking to, I got this message:
