The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court determined in a secret ruling released Thursday that there was no sufficient basis to "establish probable cause to believe that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power."
The warrants were based largely on the infamous "Steele dossier" of unsubstantiated Russian propaganda funded by Hillary Clinton's campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
Former British spy Christopher Steele alleged Page was part of a "well-developed conspiracy of cooperation" between the Trump campaign and Russian government to influence the 2016 election.

Congressional critics are claiming that killing Suleimani was an illegal assassination, which it was not. The general was a lawful military target under both domestic and international law. He had led a campaign of terror for years that resulted in the deaths of more than 600 Americans by his own militias and thousands more American deaths and injuries by terrorist proxy groups he trained and supported. "The Trump administration is days away from announcing a plan to limit the automatic provision of U.S. citizenship to people born in the United States whose parents are noncitizens visiting the country, a senior administration official told the Washington Examiner on Monday.
The move is meant to go after "birth tourism," which refers to an underground market in which pregnant women travel to the U.S. to have a baby that will immediately be a citizen.
...Last February, the Justice Department announced the indictment of 19 people for their roles in an international "birth tourism" ring that brought "thousands" of pregnant women, mainly from China, to California so they could give birth and have a U.S. child.
