The matter had to be investigated.

Intentions do not matter. We will not tolerate symbols of hate in our city. The nooses found at Lake Merritt will be investigated as hate crimes.

Monument honoring fallen veterans vandalized in Visalia - ABC30 FresnoVISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A monument honoring fallen veterans was vandalized outside of the Veterans Memorial Building in Visalia early Monday morning.
Susan Spear is the district manager for the Visalia Memorial District.
She told Action News the statue, which cost a couple of thousand dollars, was there for about a year.
"It just really tears at my heart," Spear said.
"It represents those who did not come home."
"He's just pounding and pounding it on the ground, and it is almost as if I just envisioned a soldier's head just being pounded to the ground," Spear stated.

My friend and I were driving in my car on University Ave trying to get on the highway.
When we got to the light we were approached by about 20 people who told us we were not allowed on that road because we were white.
I tried to turn around but by then the whole car was surrounded and I couldn’t turn around safely without hitting someone but couldn’t.
My friend was rolling his window up when he was sucker punched three times in the face.
I rolled the window up when someone else picked up that huge boulder and threw it through one window and hit my arm and then my leg landing where it is in this picture.
Then they threw another boulder through the other window.
A guy in front of my car took a gun out of his waistband and pointed it at me and I just gunned it around him while they were preoccupied with trying to destroy my car.
My friend was on the phone with the police...where we were met around the corner with the police. They called the paramedics because I was bleeding and bleeding badly because I take blood thinners.
They wanted to transport me to Grady but they don’t take my insurance.
I was going to go to Emory tomorrow if I felt worse.
My friend and I were also hit with shards of glass from both windows being smashed.
Basically...be careful and I don’t know what else to say except how ashamed I am to be born and raised in Atlanta right now.
We were told by these people that we were being attacked because we were white...the news didn’t let everyone know how bad this was.
My friend and I almost died today.
This is serious...we need to do something together as humans not as black and white people.

- Democrat mayors and governors stood down.
- Police and National Guard attempting to contain the violence were not supported.
- Even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Trump’s Secretary of Defense accommodated the rioting and looting by undermining President Trump’s stand against it.
- Many people’s businesses were wiped out, and in most cases insurance does not cover damage from riots.
- The politicians and the media are responsible for the billions of dollars the “peaceful protests” cost.
