Lawsuit challenges university’s authority to track students through data collection
ANALYSIS: Lawsuit filed over swipe-card data collection could pave way for precedent on students’ Fourth Amendment rights

The four students currently suing Indiana University Bloomington over the privacy invasion were never involved in any wrongdoing, did not give their consent to have their data accessed, and were unaware that campus officials even had the ability to access the swipe-card data.

Fulton County GA Took $6.3 Million from Zuckerberg-Funded Group

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted to accept a $6.3 million grant from the Mark-Zuckerberg funded Center for Technology and Civic Life “Safe Elections” project at a September 2, 2020 board meeting. It proceeded without asking a single question about the name of the group providing the funding, the origin of the funding, or the details of what the funding would be used for.

As Breitbart News reported, a significant chain of custody security concerns surround absentee ballots deposited in the 300 drop boxes across the state approved by the Georgia State Election Board.

Who Really Runs The Drudge Report? - Tablet Magazine
"...The Drudge Report once cycled through 40-50 links in a single five-hour period.
The page is now updated only once or twice a day and almost never reacts to breaking news, as if it’s being run by someone who simply doesn’t care anymore.
Traffic has reportedly lagged, with Comscore data suggesting a 45% plunge in the year before this past September.
In the glory days even a midpage Drudge link could pull a million views; the number is now down to the high tens of thousands.
...In interviews with over a half-dozen various former Drudge associates, about half suggested that the site may no longer be under his control.
...Two floated the theory to Tablet that the site had been bought by a liberal billionaire...Read all.

Democrats undermining COVID with 'do as I say, not as I do'

As the nation tires of quarantines, boredom and loneliness, the same politicians who find glee in slapping wrists and dooming small businesses regularly break the rules, in letter and in spirit, when they want to.

Pollak: Trump Should Send Iran Deal, Paris Agreement to Senate

Pollak: Trump Should Send Iran Deal, Paris Agreement to Senate

Former Vice President Joe Biden has said that he intends to rejoin the Paris Agreement on climate on his first day in office. He also wants to rejoin the disastrous Iran nuclear deal. President Donald Trump can deter him from doing both of these. The answer: submit these agreements to the U.S. Senate for ratification, as per the Treaty Clause of the U.S. Constitution. President Barack Obama never did that with either agreement, because he knew the Senate would reject them. Trump can still trigger that rejection.
