Meanwhile, Chinese intelligence grew more powerful as they collected data from individuals in the United States.

A new proposal in the House of Representatives could eliminate gendered language from its rules
- The House of Representatives on Sunday is slated to vote on whether to pass a series of changes that would eliminate all gendered words from its rules.
- The proposal put forth by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rules Committee Chair James McGovern swaps gendered words like "chairman" for gender-inclusive ones like "chair."
- The "bold reforms," if passed, would be "advancing inclusion," Pelosi said in a press release.
- House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy called the proposal "stupid."
- The House of Representatives on Sunday is set to vote on a series of changes that would eliminate all gendered words like "mother," "father," "he," and "she" from its rules.
In addition to these specific words, the proposal outlines dozens of other shifts to gender-neutral language, as well as the establishment of an "Office of Diversity and Inclusion."
The proposal was put forth by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rules Committee Chair James McGovern.
In a press release, McGovern said the proposal "promotes inclusion and diversity" and is a way to "honor all gender identities by changing pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender-neutral."...Read all.

Leftists on American college campuses took its precepts for a test drive in 2020.
While George Orwell's famous dystopian novel "Nineteen Eighty-Four" is a work of fiction, it is widely regarded as a warning against totalitarian regimes, especially those that seek to quash freedom of expression.
This year, some of the most prevalent themes in the novel presented themselves on America's college campuses.
