FBI Seizes Entire Bank Account of Conservative Talk Show Host After He Attended a Trump Rally
"During a viral new documentary released on Tuesday, Conservative Talk Show host Nicholas J Fuentes discussed the legal repercussions he has faced after he simply attended former President Trump’s speech on January 6th.
Fuentes never entered the capitol building and remained approximately 200 yards away from the nearest entrance. 

The 23-year-old talk show host says he went to the capitol building following Trump’s speech because the former President said he would also be giving a speech outside the front of the building.

• ...In the film, Fuentes noted that days later he noticed his credit card was declined for a subscription he signed up for. 
• After checking his bank account, he found that his balance went from almost half a million dollars the day before, to zero dollars.
• “I went through my transaction history and I saw a legal order that subtracted my entire bank balance,” Fuentes said.

"DENVER (CBS4) – Officials with the Colorado Rockies say they investigated claims that a fan yelled a racial slur at a Florida Marlins player on Sunday at Coors Field, and found it was a mistake. The fan was heard shouting during the ninth inning of the Rockies 13-8 win in Denver, when Lewis Brinson was at bat, but Rockies officials say the man was actually yelling at the mascot.

Aug. 10 (UPI) -- More than two-thirds of calories consumed by children and teens in the United States come from ultra-processed foods, a study published Tuesday by JAMA found. 

• ...Ready-to-eat or ready-to-heat meals including takeout foods, as well as frozen pizza and burgers, accounted for 11% of caloric intake among those age 2 to 19 in 2018, up from 2% in 1999, the researchers said. 
  
•  Packaged sweet snacks and desserts made up nearly 13% of the calories consumed by this age group in 2018, an increase from just under 11% in 1999, according to the researchers.

..Ultra-processed foods include frozen foods, sugary snacks and beverages, and takeout or delivery meals that often are high in added sugar, sodium and carbohydrates and low in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals, according to the American Heart Association....Read all.

How do people respond when they’re confronted with the sort of bigness of the issue of climate change? What kinds of emotions can that draw out?

WEBER: It can be incredibly overwhelming, especially among younger people. And so there’s no question that climate anxiety has gone drastically up by contemplation about sort of what kind of world we live in and what kind of a world we might leave to our children and grandchildren. So it’s very debilitating symptoms that oftentimes have to be treated with medication or with psychotherapy...

...I have no doubt climate anxiety is causing real problems. If you brainwash kids into thinking the world is on the brink of destruction, and nobody is doing anything about it, you get a lot of extremely anxious kids – many of whom embrace self destructive choices like taking hard drugs, or lose their minds to large doses of prescribed anti-depressants.
