Chicago prosecutor quits citing city's 'social experiment' with law and order: ' I will not raise my son here'
- A Chicago prosecutor who had been working for the city for 20 years quit his job last week.
- In a final letter he praised many of the people he worked with but said he could not raise his son in a city that was part of a social experiment, one which he believes has the city heading for disaster.
“The simple fact is that this State and County have set themselves on a course to disaster,” wrote Poje, who was with the office for 20 years.
“And the worst part is that the agency for whom I work has backed literally every policy change that has the predictable, and predicted, outcome of more crime and more people getting hurt.”..

REPORT: BDS movement is the 'brainchild of the progressive left…and academia'"The National Association of Scholars recently published a report examining the historical and financial development of the Boycott, Divest, and Sanction (BDS) movement on college campuses.
Report author Ian Oxnevad explains that BDS is the “brainchild of the progressive left…and academia.”
Ian Oxnevad from the National Association of Scholars told Campus Reform that the “biggest source” of anti-Semitism in American culture is the progressive left, and in particular leftist academia...

“[Academia] is the epicenter for just about everything bad that you're seeing going on right now.”

Yuenling release to can said to benefit veterans - Louder With Crowder:
After Bud Light's unfortunate, real-time experiment on the correlation between getting woke and going broke, an opportunity was presented for another brewery to step up as America's beer. No one better to fill the void than America's oldest brewery, Yuengling.
The company has announced new camouflage cans with a red, white, and blue logo. And proceeds benefit a veterans charity. The only way to get more 'Merica as f*ck would be if you had an opportunity to win a pet bald eagle.
Evil
Evil - David Foster "The Dutch government is buying out certain farmers, paying them above market value (it sounds like the implication is that if they don’t sell, they will eventually be expropriated)…with the proviso that they will be banned forever from doing the same kind of farming anywhere in the EU.
- Economically destructive…
- destructive of the food supply and of individual choice…
- destructive of knowledge accumulated over centuries.
In what sense should the EU still be considered part of the Free World?

"In this video I discuss a viral TikTok video that shows the absolute devastation that was the BLM riots of 2020.
I discuss how the riots were worse than you ever imagined & how the areas where they occurred will likely never recover.

Elon Musk engages conspiracies on Texas shooter - Louder With Crowder:
For someone who is very intelligent, Elon Musk can be as confused by what he sees on the news and in the media as you and I. The narrative being spun about the mass killing at the Allen, Texas shopping center leaves a very itchy noodle to scratch.
To recap, a former security guard killed eight people at a high ended outdoor mall in Texas over the weekend, before a first responder used his gun to save the day. The killer we're told is a white supremacist, even though he is so Latino that his parents needed a translator. I tend not to like to share photos of killers, but since the media refuses to, this is the new face of white supremacy.

- Meanwhile, they will get to harvest massive green subsidies and live like Renaissance potentates....
Indeed, many climate scientists and green activists see having fewer people on the planet as a key priority.
Their programme calls not only for fewer people and fewer families, but also for lower consumption among the masses.
They expect us to live in ever smaller dwelling units, to have less mobility, and to endure more costly home heating and air-conditioning...
The most egregious example may be the forced take-up of electric vehicles (EVs)...
- Green activists, it turns out, do not expect EVs to replace the cars of hoi polloi.
- No, ordinary people will be dragooned to use public transport, or to walk or bike to get around.

Euthanasia in Canada: Let them die—they know what they’re doing - Michael Cook"As Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying regime expands, it is meeting more resistance.
One of the most powerful criticisms, one which has surfaced often in the media, is that some people with chronic illnesses, whose death is not reasonably foreseeable, are choosing to die because social services are inadequate.
- They do not want to, but they feel that they have no choice.
Critics say that these cases show that people are being railroaded into choosing euthanasia and are unable to make a truly autonomous choice...
Illegal Immigration Biden - TheBlaze
Illegal Immigration Biden - TheBlaze:
Levin says this as the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors is preparing to vote on a controversial sanctuary ordinance on Tuesday night. If passed, this would prohibit any government agency in the county from cooperating with ICE immigration.
Levin explains this means that “when they arrest somebody for being here illegally — maybe having committed a crime or just here illegally — at the local level, and they find out they're illegal aliens — this county is voting you’re not to tell the feds.”

A North Korean defector says going to Columbia University reminded her of the oppressive regime, saying she felt forced to 'think the way they want you to think' - Ashley Collman "...Yeonmi Park, 27, escaped from North Korea at the age of 13 and is now a US citizen.
- "It was chaos. It felt like the regression in civilization," Park said.
- "Even North Korea is not this nuts. North Korea is pretty crazy, but not this crazy," she added.
"In North Korea I literally believed that my Dear Leader was starving," she said. "He's the fattest guy - how can anyone believe that? And then somebody showed me a photo and said, 'Look at him. He's the fattest guy. Other people are all thin.' And I was like, 'Oh my God, why did I not notice that he was fat?' Because I never learned how to think critically.""That is what is happening in America," she said...

The way we were-----The Lies That Led America To War In Vietnam | White House Tapes
"The Gulf of Tonkin incident was a complex naval event in the Gulf of Tonkin, off the coast of Vietnam, that was presented to the U.S. Congress on August 5, 1964, as two unprovoked attacks by North Vietnamese torpedo boats on the destroyers Maddox and Turner Joy of the U.S. Seventh Fleet and that led to the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which allowed President Lyndon B. Johnson to greatly escalate U.S. military involvement in the Vietnam War.
