- 1789 - The U.S. Treasury Department was established.
- 1864 - During the U.S. Civil War Union forces led by Gen. William T. Sherman occupied Atlanta following the retreat of the Confederates.
- 1901 - Theodore Roosevelt, then Vice President, said "Speak softly and carry a big stick" in a speech at the Minnesota State Fair.
- 1963 - "The CBS Evening News" was lengthened from 15 to 30 minutes.
- 1969 - NBC-TV canceled "Star Trek." The show had debuted on September 8, 1966.

According to the parents' 37-page federal lawsuit, the district implemented the policy without informing parents or students. Four minor female students at Vicksburg High School only learned of the policy when they discovered a biological male student inside the girls' restroom.

The Gadsden flag originates from the American Revolution as a symbol of the 13 colonies’ fight against British tyrannical rule.

Women covered from head to toe in burqa are glorifying the regressive all-body wrapping as the very foundation of their religious beliefs, while cursing non-believers as hijdas [eunuchs] and kutta [dogs] and declaring them as enemies.
...Of interest here is the disparaging reference to dogs, not least as it underscores the vast cultural differences between the West and Islam...for many Muslims, dogs are vermin. Everything you hate about the economy is a direct or indirect effect of our COVID policies. We suffer from “long economic COVID” and will not solve the inflation issue until we understand what got us here.
Inflation is very simply defined as too much money chasing too few goods. Our government decided to spend and then print more money (by a mile) than ever before while shutting down supply chains! Now we are dealing with endless long-term debt and the expense of servicing it, which is inducing even more inflation, forcing interest rates up, and creating the housing crisis we are living with today.
