Early warning: Feds alerted to whistleblower concern over Hunter Biden business deals in 2015 | Just The News - By John Solomon
  • Morgan Stanley whistleblower raised concerns to bank, federal regulators about “fraudulent” schemes, “suspicious” transactions.
"Banking whistleblowers first began raising alarms about Hunter Biden’s business deals as long ago as Spring 2015 while his father was still serving as vice president, flagging what they feared were “suspicious” transactions and “fraudulent" schemes.
  • One of the bankers became so concerned he eventually escalated his concerns to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) only a few days before Donald Trump won the presidency in 2016, according to documents provided to Congress and obtained by Just the News...

IT WAS NOT JUST GBI STRATEGIES! Multiple MI Clerks Reported Receiving Late Voter Registrations - Include Photos from MI SOS Jocelyn Benson's Office Marked "PPE" - Delivered Only ONE Day Before Election - What's Going On? | The Gateway Pundit | by Patty McMurray
"Last week, we reported about a whistleblower who shared a Facebook page Michigan clerks used to discuss issues they faced related to elections.
The conversations we found between city and county clerks and, in at least one case, a top election official working for MI SOS Jocelyn Benson appear to be very telling of how Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson really runs her elections.

On August 1, 2020, only three days before the August 4 Primary Election in Michigan, a Michigan city clerk asked fellow clerks if they were also getting “last minute voter registrations from SOS Jocelyn Benson’s Bureau of Elections.

“Anyone else getting emails of last-minute voter registrations from the Bureau of Election? I have to wonder what’s going on, I received one today, and the only information on the voter registration was an address…nothing else, no date, no name, no signature, absolutely nothing but an address. What did they expect me to do with it, and why bother sending it?”

“We got 34 of them at 10 pm on Friday. Most dated back to mid-June and early July.”

“Yet we, as clerks, are expected to respond to requests within 24 hours of receiving them. smh”

“Me too! Four of them dated back in early July – so we have deadlines, but the Secretary of State doesn’t??”...

A “Canceled” Student Strikes Back - Morgan Bettinger’s lawsuit against the University of Virginia deserves close attention. - Graham Hillard
"On the evening of July 17, 2020, one of two things happened on a blocked thoroughfare in Charlottesville, Virginia.
  • Either Morgan Bettinger, a rising senior at UVA, uttered a threatening and contemptible remark to Black Lives Matter protestors who were barring her way home.
  • Or the young woman made an anodyne comment that was immediately—and perhaps intentionally—misunderstood...
"...The Bettinger affair—since covered by the New York Post, Reason, The Daily Mail (UK), and numerous other outlets—turns on a single disputed fact.
Approaching a group of BLM activists crowding the road on the night in question, the UVA senior pulled over, left her vehicle, and spoke to a municipal worker who had positioned his truck as a protective barricade.
  • As Bettinger tells the story, she remarked jokingly to the city employee, “It’s a good thing you’re here, because otherwise these people would have been speed bumps.”
  • What was heard (or “heard”) by an eavesdropping protestor, however, was something altogether more damning: The assembled activists would make “good speed bumps” for Bettinger’s car.
What happened next will surprise no one who is familiar with the increasing illiberality of America’s universities...

Hmmm. Not much sympathy from me.

JD Vance proposes measure related to mask mandates - TheBlaze

Republican Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio is proposing a measure that would prohibit the imposition of federal mask mandates for air travel, public transit, and educational institutions. In addition to barring federal officials and entities from imposing mask mandates in those three areas, the aptly titled "Freedom to Breathe Act" would also bar schools and institutions of higher education that receive federal funds, airlines, and public transit operators from refusing service to people who choose not to wear a mask.

There's nowhere near enough power on the grid to convert the U.S. truck ...

  • One fleet tried to electrify just 30 trucks at a terminal in Joliet, Illinois. Local officials shut those plans down, saying that would draw more electricity than is needed to power the entire city.
  • Another California company tried to electrify 12 forklifts. Not trucks, but forklifts. Local power utilities told them that's not possible.
If the product, charging infrastructure, and power is not available to comply with these unrealistic timelines, then regulators are setting trucking -- and the American consumer -- up for failure.

Biden ditches Medal of Honor ceremony early, leaving heroic Vietnam War veteran alone during benediction - TheBlaze

Immediately after setting the Medal of Honor around Taylor's neck and giving the tearful veteran a handshake, Biden abruptly bolted out of the East Room as if to beat the traffic. One reporter can be seen in the video of the ceremony impressed with a look of confusion at the sight of Biden hurrying out, and for good reason: the event was far from over. Now alone, Taylor remained at his post, waiting for the closing benediction.
