Michigan’s Civil Rights Commission voted unanimously Monday to seek a legal opinion on whether denying transgender and non-binary students the ability to use the bathrooms and pronouns of their choice constitutes a violation of state civil rights law.
The requests, given unanimous approval by commissioners Oct. 23, could pave the way for interpretive statements that would be seen as effectively law in Michigan until someone challenged the matter in court...

A truck driver in a viral video explained that poor infrastructure and inefficient, heavy electric batteries make it nearly impossible to switch semi-trucks and other large vehicles to fully electric.
Chace Barber, trucker and founder of Edison Motors, appeared in a widely circulated video during an event showcasing his company's hybrid truck model.
Barber has advocated for a push toward hybrid semi-trucks, as opposed to fully electric, which he said are a bad idea, the Independent Journal Review reported.

Terrifying video shows the horde flooding into the Makhachkala International Airport in the North Caucasus republic of Dagestan in Russia. The mob is seen waving Palestine flags and are heard shouting: "Allahu Akbar."
