Bold Leadership Is Demanded to Preserve Our Property Rights from Thieves and Confront Supposed "Environmental Rights" By THOMAS J SHEPSTONE
Andrew Fowler at The American Mind, a publication of the Claremont Institute, has put out an extremely important article that is a must-read for anyone valuing their property rights as it relates to proposed constitutional amendments in the states that have the potential to eviscerate them. Pennsylvania has had such an amendment for some time, and it was used to invalidate some important oil and gas regulation changes the industry wanted...
NGOs such as thev William Penn Foundation and Heinz Endowments are always encouraging their minions (e.g., the Delaware PovertyKeeper a/k/a Riverkeeper) to file lawsuits in hopes of incrementally increasing the power of the amendment and spreading it to adjoining.
That’s what Fowler’s article is so important to read, and here it is:

"We Were Misled' Says the New York Times As They Admit COVID Lab-Leak Theory Was True Amy Curtis

The post concludes: The lab leak theory was censored on social media because of 'pressure from the administration ... we shouldn't have done it.'
This is just incredible.
Five years ago, the world shut down after COVID was declared a pandemic.
From the beginning, people pointed to the Wuhan lab as the source of the virus.
  • At the time, doing so meant risking your personal and professional reputation.
  • You risked being banned from social media and labeled a 'grandma killer' and 'racist' for demanding answers on the origins of the virus.
Media led the charge in this, attacking dissenters as 'conspiracy theorists' who should be dismissed and ignored.
  • Until now. When The New York Times admits what we knew all along, while they try to play the victim in all of it:

No surprise!

Other universities, such as the University of Alabama and the University of South Florida, are being investigated for allegedly issuing race-based scholarships and allowing other race-based segregation.

FBI chief warns 'swatting' will no longer be tolerated * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The chief of the nation's Federal Bureau of Investigation warns criminals and wannabes that "swatting" "will not be tolerated." Swatting is when someone calls police with a fake report that there's some sort of violence crime occurring at a specific address. Police department SWAT teams show up, expecting to confront violent criminals. But in swatting cases, they find only innocent people who are unaware their addresses have been targeted by the criminals.

However, Khalil and CUAD have a long track record of calling for the destruction of America and Israel, as Capital Research Center investigative researcher Ryan Mauro recently demonstrated. The group even brought members of Samidoun — aka the Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, which has been designated as a terrorist entity by both the U.S. and Canadian governments — to Columbia to indoctrinate students.

As Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck argued, however, Khalil is a "guest" in America, and his green card is "privilege," not a "birthright." That privilege "comes with terms and conditions. If you break the rules, you’re out," Beck said.

Pretty quick fixes!
