'There will be hell to pay': Rand Paul tells Glenn Beck he's not done with Anthony Fauci over Wuhan funding | Blaze Media

Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky said that the investigation into the coronavirus pandemic isn't done with Anthony Fauci, after new revelations about laboratory funding. Paul made the comments in an interview with Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck on his radio show Wednesday. The senator said that the change of guard at the Department of Health and Human Services meant new evidence was being produced from the pandemic era.

Breaking: New Inflation Numbers Crush Democrats' Narrative About Trump's Tariff Strategy

Breaking: New Inflation Numbers Crush Democrats' Narrative About Trump's Tariff Strategy

Guess what? Those naysayers now need new crystal balls. The data showed tariffs haven’t driven up prices as feared. In fact, they’ve forced foreign producers to absorb costs, shielding American consumers.

This isn’t just a policy win; it’s a political smackdown. Democrats built their 2024 campaign on scaring voters about Trump’s economic plans. They lost, and now their narrative is crumbling faster than a stale cookie. The American people aren’t buying the fear anymore.

Trump’s tariffs are doing what he said they’d do: protecting U.S. jobs and strengthening the economy.

Victor Davis Hanson: The Media ‘Jumps the Shark’

It’s time to sett the record straight on “The Media.”
More than 100 days since starting his second term, and the corporate media has nothing good to say about President Donald Trump, and his administration.
  • Elon Musk received negative coverage 96% of the time on evening news, according to an April study conducted by the Media Research Center.
  • Why did the media go from loving Sen. John Fetterman to questioning his mental competency?
Bottom line: What the corporate media, most namely ABC, NBC and CBS, labels “the truth” is wholly dependent on whether it benefits the political Left, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words:”...

'Death of women's sports': Male track runner shocks viewers with massive size advantage over female competitors | Blaze Media

Former NCAA swimmer Kaitlynn Wheeler spoke to Blaze News about the increased pressure states are coming under for allowing these competitions to go unchecked. "If Congress doesn't intervene now, we're not just watching the death of women's sports; we're watching the collapse of basic truth and fairness in America," Wheeler claimed. "Female athletes are being ignored, injured, and erased, while the very institutions designed to protect us, like the NCAA, USA Fencing, and even public schools, are actively violating Title IX and spitting in the face of common sense."

A British Media Outlet Wants To Censor Anyone Who Publishes “Climate Change Counter-Narratives,” Including Me.

Who’s funding the effort? A company backed by Al Gore’s investment firm. - Stephen Heins
Last month, a new media outlet called Tortoise Media launched a database called “Hot Air,” which it claims is “making sense of climate misinformation.”
The database includes “274 online actors,” a group that includes David Turver, Roger Pielke Jr., Bjorn Lomborg, Jordan Peterson, Alex Epstein, Tom Nelson, me, and many others who are committing the sin of “frequently disseminating climate change counter-narratives.”..
But here’s the real reason for the database:
Tortoise says that “pressure on platforms to filter out misinformation has given way to an online ecosystem that favors free speech — sometimes at the expense of leaving falsehoods unchecked and allowing conspiracy theories to become widespread.”
What a load of flaccid piffle...
Let’s be clear: Tortoise, an online outlet based in the UK, is saying there’s too much free speech, and thus, it’s tacitly endorsing censorship for people who don’t toe the line on the official climate narrative...

Wasting OPM!-----Pandemic-era lawsuit over gun at Michigan Zoom meeting is settled for $100,000 | WOODTV.com

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) — A Michigan county has settled a lawsuit over an elected official who flashed a rifle during a COVID-19-era public meeting on Zoom.
Patricia MacIntosh accused Ron Clous of trying to silence her right to free speech when he displayed the rifle during a 2021 meeting of Grand Traverse County commissioners.
The county last week approved a $100,000 deal with MacIntosh, the Traverse City Record-Eagle reported. Insurance will cover it.
Clous, who is no longer a commissioner, also apologized...
The incident occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic when the county board held public meetings over video conference.
  • During the public comment period, MacIntosh had urged commissioners to make a statement opposing anti-government extremists, a few weeks after the U.S. Capitol riot.
  • That’s when Clous, a commissioner who was participating from home, left the screen and returned with a rifle...

The US Navy is Sleepwalking into Defeat - CDR Salamander

This last quarter century’s process has a record of consistently producing sub-optimal performance.
This isn’t just my opinion.
  • Look at everything from how we manage our people using a Cold War framework, to program management that cannot design a laudable warship or a fit-for-purpose airwing, to the shambolic results of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, and the Horn of Africa.
  • The results speak for themselves.
...we have to look at the potential conflict that presents the greatest danger to our nation’s power, economy, and that of our allies—the threat that would, if it has its way, change the international order in ways that will reverse centuries of progress.
  • That challenge is in the Pacific.
To fight and win, there is one simple thing that is common to all wars, but in the Pacific is an order of magnitude greater, because of time, distance, and geography for a sea power coming from the other side of the planet to fight: logistics...

'In the name of diversity': Law firms sanctioned by Trump accused of illegally discriminating against whites * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

The report continued, "The AEO's charge of discrimination, brought on behalf of its members, cannot be so glibly dismissed. And with an official charge of discrimination filed against SEO and the law firms, the EEOC now has a statutory duty to investigate." The report noted a finding of race discrimination, which evidence suggests could be obvious, "will vindicate Trump against charges his administration is targeting political enemies."

New Beard, Same Buttigieg Stephen Green

I wish I could locate the Twitter wit who said, during the Biden administration, that "Pete Buttigieg is so bad at being Secretary of Transportation that people actually know the name of the Secretary of Transportation."
That line stuck with me — because it’s true.
And yet, here he is again, back on the virtual campaign trail with a town hall-style appearance for Vote Vets in Iowa.
  • Nothing seems to stand in the way of the unaccomplished former Indiana mayor taking another stab at his party's presidential nomination — and he's so serious about rebranding himself that he's even grown a beard.
  • The beard jokes write themselves, but I'm not here to take cheap shots at Buttigieg; I'm here to take high-class, data-rich cheap shots.
Join me, won't you?...
