Democrats unanimously vote against condemning 'mostly peaceful' anti-ICE riots | Blaze Media

Notably, the resolution "recognizes the right to assemble and protest peacefully" and "condemns unequivocally the violence perpetrated against Federal, State, and local law enforcement." Despite claiming to hold the same values outlined in the resolution, Jeffries and his 205 colleagues voted against the resolution.

Awww. He cheated and got caught!

It’s really about careerism and resources. They all have to dance to that same drum beat to get professional recognition and professional advancement,” says Dr. Judith Curry, professor emeritus at the Georgia Institute of Technology, describing the state of climate science and research in recent years....

Below is a list of U.S. presidents who have deployed airstrikes or military actions without specific Congressional approval.

Every U.S. president from Truman to Biden has authorized military airstrikes or operations without direct and new Congressional approval at some point during their presidency - Ken Blackwell
All of these actions were justified under the president’s constitutional authority as Commander in Chief or under previous authorizations such as the 2001 or 2002 AUMF (Authorization for Use of Military Force)
None of these are predicated by congressional votes beforehand:
  • before Clinton at link.
  • Bill Clinton• Bosnia (1995) – NATO airstrikes in Bosnia without Congressional approval.• Iraq (1998) – Operation Desert Fox airstrikes against Saddam Hussein.• Kosovo (1999) – 78-day NATO bombing campaign without Congressional approval.
  • George W. Bush• Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia (2001 to 2009) – Authorized drone strikes relying on the 2001 AUMF but without specific country-by-country authorization.
  • Barack Obama• Libya (2011) – Air campaign as part of NATO action to topple Gaddafi, without Congressional approval.• Syria, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen (2014 to 2016) – Airstrikes against ISIS and other terror groups under 2001 AUMF, no new authorization sought.
  • Donald Trump• Syria (2017 & 2018) – Airstrikes against Assad regime over chemical weapons, without Congressional approval.• Iraq (2020) – Ordered airstrike that killed Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
  • Joe Biden• Syria (2021 & 2022) – Airstrikes on Iranian-backed militia groups.• Somalia & Yemen (ongoing) – Continued air campaigns under prior AUMFs.

  • Summary: Every U.S. president from Truman to Biden has authorized military airstrikes or operations without direct and new Congressional approval at some point during their presidency.

Disgruntled DOJ Lifers Set Sights on Trump Nominee Emil Bove | RealClearPolitics

The knives are out for Emil Bove, the principal assistant deputy attorney general and President Donald Trump’s nominee for an opening on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals; - Julie Kelly
Opposition to Bove’s nomination is not based on his resume – he graduated at the top of his class from Georgetown Law and spent 10 years as a top prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s office in the southern district of New York among other accomplishments – but because he represented the president in two criminal matters:
  • Special Counsel Jack Smith’s so-called documents case in Florida and
  • Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s business records case in New York.
But Bove really rankled the old guard at the Department of Justice – and establishment DOJ’s defenders in the Democratic Party and national news media – by aggressively addressing corruption at the department...

“HUMAN RIGHTS GROUPS” ARE A JOKE: The latest idiocy is that it’s purportedly a human rights violation to feed hungry civilians in Gaza unless Hamas gets a large cut.

Trump to take on NATO summit: Will allies step up or stall? | Blaze Media

Trump has maintained a firm stance with NATO allies, pressuring the countries to substantially increase defense spending from 2% of their GDP to 5% as part of the president's efforts to push for burden-sharing among the nations. Nile Gardiner, the director of the Heritage Foundation's Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom and Bernard and Barbara Lomas Fellow, told Blaze News that defense spending is expected to "dominate" most of the summit.

Title IX was a promise. Democrats have broken it. | Blaze Media

Title IX was a promise. Democrats have broken it. | Blaze Media

Fifty-three years after women won a place on the field, the Democratic Party now demands they give it up — to men in makeup and track spikes.
On June 23, Americans mark the 53rd anniversary of Title IX being signed into law. This landmark legislation gave women the opportunity to fairly compete in athletics. Unfortunately, thanks to the extreme left’s ridiculous desire to force women to compete against men, Title IX is under threat.

As the highest-ranking woman in Congress, I am proud to introduce a resolution in the U.S. House of Representatives to commemorate Title IX's enactment and celebrate women's and girls' contributions to education and athletics. It’s time all members of Congress go on the record supporting Title IX and women in sports.

Buying influence??!!-----A Radical Company is Paying Supreme Court Justices Millions | Frontpage Mag

And that has crippled the Court. Daniel Greenfield
Last year, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, despite being in her early 50s and having an undistinguished career before her affirmative action appointment, published a memoir.
  • You might be forgiven for having missed it when “Lovely One” came out...Except that Jackson received a $893,750 advance for her memoir and is now reporting $2 million in profits last year...The actual sales figures have not been made public...
  • After Jackson’s memoir, Penguin Random House will be publishing Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s book for which she received a $2 million advance...
  • Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor had been previously criticized for not recusing herself in cases involving Penguin which had paid her over $3 million...
And that’s a problem because Penguin is actually Bertelsmann: a German ex-Nazi publishing giant that has waged war on American parents, promoted racism and is trying to monopolistically gobble up all of American publishing.
  • Ibram X. Kendi’s “How to Be an Antiracist”,
  • Robin DiAngelo’s “White Fragility”,
  • Ta-Nehisi Coates’s “Between the World and Me”, and,
  • during WWII, “The Christmas Book of the Hitler Youth” all came out of Bertelsmann...

2-tier un-justice!-----Finally: Karmelo Anthony at Long Last Indicted for Stabbing Murder of Fellow Teen at Texas Track Meet - Teri Christoph

It was never a question of if Karmelo Anthony was responsible for the stabbing death of fellow teen Austin Metcalf at a Frisco, Texas, high school track meet back in April.
  • Anthony himself admitted to carrying out the deadly act at Kuykendall Stadium, apparently telling police, "I'm not alleged, I did it!" when law enforcement arrested him for the killing.
  • There were also eyewitnesses and video evidence showing Anthony as the aggressor.
The question these last few months was, instead, when would Karmelo Anthony finally face justice for killing Austin Metcalf?
Anthony has been out this entire time on a $250,000 (lowered from $1 million) bond, and is the recipient of a generous GiveSendGo crowdfunding campaign that has raised over $500,000 so far. While Metcalf's family mourned his untimely and violent death, Anthony's only real restriction was having to wear an ankle monitor while under house arrest...

Be Prepared or Be a Serf | by Kurt Schlichter

You should not live in fear, but you should live with the understanding that there are bad people out there who want you either enslaved or dead. - Kurt Schlichter
Donald Trump’s courageous strike against the scumbag Iranian mullahs only highlighted the fact that we may very well have hundreds, if not thousands, of sleeper agents within the United States who can act on command to unleash a wave of murder the likes of which we’ve never seen. I wrote a best-selling novel about it.
  • But that’s only one threat.
  • Another threat is homegrown nuts, terrorists, and criminals, to the extent that they differ.
  • And then there is the threat posed by leftists who want to rule over you forever, no matter the cost...
What I’m trying to say is you need to buy guns and ammunition.
The fact is that things are getting uglier.
Our opponents are getting uglier, and not just aesthetically (although a lot of them are really unattractive).
  • As Donald Trump racks up win after win, his enemies, both foreign and domestic, are going to get more and more desperate...
So, prepare.
  • Get the equipment you need.
  • Get the training you need, and not only about shooting guns but about understanding the legal aspects of lawful deadly force.
  • You also need an understanding of basic emergency medical aid, like how to stop the bleeding.
  • Talk to your family about what to do in bad situations.
  • Talk to your neighbors about sticking together if things get ugly.
  • You are your own first responder.
  • You understand why they want you to be afraid.
  • You understand why they want you disarmed
It’s because when you are not afraid and when you are prepared to defend yourself, your family, your community, and your Constitution, they can never intimidate you.
They can never take what is yours from you.
And they can never rule over you.

Massive SCOTUS victory for Trump over dissent from liberal justices on deporting illegals to non-origin countries | Blaze Media

The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily granted the Trump administration a victory in the president's efforts to deport millions of illegal aliens from the U.S. In a ruling of 6 to 3, the highest court of the land said the administration could restart deportations of illegal aliens to countries that were not their origin. The three liberal justices dissented.
