Left-Wingers Enter New Depths of Rage Over Supreme Court's Nationwide Injunction Ruling By Bonchie
- As RedState reported, the Trump administration scored a major victory on Friday after the Supreme Court ruled that district court-level nationwide injunctions exceeded judicial authority.
- That will throw a wrench into the left-wing strategy of seeking universal relief in a select few left-wing jurisdictions across the country and hopefully return some actual balance to the separation of powers within the U.S. government.
- Of course, while the decision was a victory for common sense and for voters who would prefer judges not overstep their bounds to essentially operate as president, it was a defeat for Democrats who have relied on that abuse to remain in power even when they lose.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest to Murray that the purpose of a district court judge is not to "stop this administration" when she and other liberals get upset. Rather, it is to rule on the merits of the cases before them, with respect for established law, within the confines of their jurisdictions. As Justice Amy Coney Barrett noted in her blistering rebuke of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, checks and balances apply to the judicial branch, too. A single district court judge is not the supreme authority over the executive branch.

How China Is Engineering America’s Energy Surrender - Jason Isaac
China is slowly steering the U.S. toward energy slavery.A Senate subcommittee led by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, probed China’s methodical efforts to steer America toward total energy subservience to Beijing during a Wednesday afternoon hearing.
- The hearing revealed that Chinese-aligned entities have co-opted climate lobbying and research in the U.S.
- Worse yet, this campaign of sabotage is abetted by a low profile effort to influence American judges, greasing the way for junk climate change lawsuits that will bankrupt American energy providers.
If the U.S. surrenders its own energy resources in favor of alternatives, America will functionally become a Chinese vassal.
China dominates the production of energy alternatives...

USDA exploring possibility of mass vaccinations for American poultry despite RFK Jr.'s warnings | Blaze Media:
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned earlier this year that vaccinating poultry against highly pathogenic avian influenza A (H5) viruses might transform farms into incubators for mutant viruses — viruses that could potentially leap to humans.
"All of my agencies have advised against the vaccination of birds," Kennedy told Fox News' Sean Hannity, "because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine — in other words, a vaccine that does not provide sterilizing immunity, that does not absolutely protect against the disease — you turn those flocks into mutation factories."
"They're teaching the organism how to mutate," continued Kennedy. "And it's much more likely to jump to animals if you do that."

Your tax dollars at "work".-----New ‘Queer Studies’ certificate at Illinois State U. aims to ‘reconfigure’ social norms - Madelynn McLaughlin
Illinois State University just began offering a “Queer Studies” certificate – but a government watchdog group thinks that directing funds toward “boutique areas of study” ought not to be a priority.
- Offered through the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program, it “recognizes students’ advanced coursework in LGBTQ+ and sexuality studies,” and “builds off the existing queer studies concentration” that the university started in 2016...
- The program’s Interim Director Jason Whitesel celebrated the development, stating in the news release that the expanded program aims to “reconfigure discomfort” with social norms...

The bunker buster bombs used on Iran were developed over years to specifically take out these nuclear sites...
- 1. ...Period. They were tested over the years to hit the known depths of the centrifuges/ reactors.
- 2. These bombs do not hit bottom and explode. Slightly before impact, going at near supersonic speed, they explode causing a massive concussion wave. Doing the math/ physics the pounds per square inch are in the millions/ billions. They are designed to collapse not blow up.
- 3. Photos show two holes each. 14 bombs. Bombs followed bombs in. Very accurate hits. The fact that dust from concrete appears on top means the bombs went off. There are implosion craters meaning the collapse goes all the way down. Period.
- 4. Under the theory of constructively totalled- those of you will older cars involved in an accident know the theory- a broke and badly damaged Iran cannot afford to dig out the sites to determine if something can be salvaged...It has little cash reserves, high inflation, high unemployment, a restless population, dismembered proxies, and few countries willing to invest. China, maybe, needing oil, will strike a hard bargain while sanctions are in place...
