Or, maybe politicized??!!-----Justice Kagan’s Hypocrisy on Universal Injunctions

She denounced them when Biden was in office but is for them now that Trump is President. - David Catron
Indeed, Kagan has been particularly trenchant on this subject.
  • During a 2022 seminar at Northwestern University’s School of Law, for example, Kagan succinctly explained her view on the issue: “It just can’t be right that one district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its tracks and leave it stopped for the years that it takes to go through the normal process.”
  • Friday’s ruling, authored by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, validated Kagan’s position: “These injunctions, known as ‘universal injunctions,’ likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has granted to federal courts.”
  • Yet Justice Kagan inexplicably refused to join the Court’s majority in a ruling that reiterates her frequent public statements about this very issue...

Democrats who locked down America during COVID now cry dictator over Trump's deportations | Blaze Media

The same Democrats who crushed American freedoms with tyrannical COVID lockdowns are now latching on to the "dictator" narrative against President Donald Trump as they fight to shield illegal aliens, including those who committed additional crimes in the U.S., from the administration's immigration enforcement measures.

Excellent WH/Trump site!-----Myth vs. Fact: The One Big Beautiful Bill - The White House June 29, 2025

While Democrats spend the day launching desperate, hollow attacks in a last-ditch effort to block President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill, the FACTS speak for themselves.
  • MYTH: The One Big Beautiful Bill is “just a tax break for billionaires.”
  • FACT: The One Big Beautiful Bill delivers the largest middle- and working-class tax cut in U.S. history. • MYTH: The One Big Beautiful Bill “takes from the poor to give to the rich.”
  • FACT: The lowest-income workers receive the largest percentage tax cuts. The One Big Beautiful Bill delivers the largest tax cut in history for working-and -middle class Americans.
  • MYTH: The One Big Beautiful Bill “makes life more unaffordable.”
  • FACT: The bill delivers bigger paychecks, expanding take-home pay by over $10,000 per year for a typical family... Read on, much more!

Foreign Traveler Immediately Kicked Out of America After Abusing US Customs and Border Protection Beagle

Trump’s return means the government can at least begin cleaning up the disaster left behind by the Bidens — and even though the huge numbers of deportations that have taken place so far are just a drop in the bucket compared to the tsunami of illegal immigrants Biden allowed in, the job has to start somewhere.

And American law enforcement officers putting a foreigner who kicks American dogs on the next plane back to wherever he came from is an image Americans should want the rest of the world to see.

We're paying for riots??!!

Stop the steal!-----Who Counts? Trump Poised To Try To Remove Noncitizens From Census | RealClearInvestigations

Following a years-long surge in illegal immigration, the Trump administration is poised to challenge a longstanding but legally fraught practice: counting illegal aliens in the U.S. census. - Benjamin Weingarten
President Trump tried to end the practice during his first term, but President Biden overturned his predecessor’s policy before it was implemented...
It could have significant political implications because the census count is used to
  • apportion House seats
  • determine the number of votes each state gets in the Electoral College for selecting the president, and drive the flow of trillions of dollars in government funds.
  • Some immigration researchers project that including noncitizens in the census count disproportionately benefits Democratic states with large illegal alien populations...

I wish I had an answer - I do, but it is impossible absent a cultural change.
  • Whether by intent or chance, the liberals and their love of the welfare system destroyed the only thing that will stop the decay - the two-parent, church going, nuclear family that has been the foundation of the American version of Western Civilization and was a key feature of black America through the late 1950's...

Amy Coney Barrett Crushes Ketanji Brown Jackson with Devastating Line in Universal Injunction Opinion

Amy Coney Barrett Crushes Ketanji Brown Jackson with Devastating Line in Universal Injunction Opinion

The Supreme Court of the United States has issued their ruling on birthright citizenship, pumping the breaks on nationwide injunctions by lower courts that have consistently hamstringed President Donald Trump since beginning his second term. Although that in itself is great news for the executive who found himself sparring with the judicial branch over so many policies in looking to make good on his promises to the American people, the majority opinion authored by Justice Amy Coney Barrett contained one piece of solid gold when she absolutely obliterated fellow Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson for her incompetence and failure to understand legal precedent.

Trump Makes Press Laugh with Reaction to CNN’s Question

Yesterday, I pointed out that every Senate Democrat voted to confirm Ketanji Brown Jackson despite her documented career decline as a lawyer.

Michael Smith - Not a typical path that recognizes the level of drive and intellect one expects for a Supreme Court Associate Justice.
...detailed Jackson’s downward trajectory:
“After clerking for Justice Breyer on the Supreme Court, she joined a prestigious law firm - nothing unusual there. But after just 18 months, she left for a small practice specializing in dispute resolution. A year and a half later, she moved to a staff lawyer role at the U.S. Sentencing Commission.”
Not a typical path that recognizes the level of drive and intellect one expects for a Supreme Court Associate Justice.
Jackson’s SCOTUS seat came down to one thing: Joe Biden (or whoever was pulling the strings) promised Jim Clyburn, the powerful Democrat Representative from South Carolina, a Black female nominee if he stepped in to rescue Biden’s faltering 2020 primary campaign...
