As he met with families whose souls have been lined with worry and grief from the day their loved ones were taken to Gaza as hostage, President Donald Trump was told his role in their return would never be forgotten

Trump met with the families of those taken by Hamas at the Knesset prior to his address to Israel’s parliament. The speech and meeting came as the final 20 living hostages taken after Hamas massacred Israel civilians on Oct. 7, 2023, were released as part of a peace deal Trump helped broker.

• Among fourth graders, 40 percent are below basic in reading, the highest share since 2000. 
• In 2024, the average score on the ACT, a popular college-admissions standardized test that is graded on a scale of 1 to 36, was 19.4—the worst average performance since the test was redesigned in 1990...

• You were silent when inflation wiped out middle-class savings, when gas hit $6, when groceries doubled, and families fell behind on mortgages.
• You were silent when parents were branded as “domestic terrorists” just for fighting to protect their kids from indoctrination. When schools hid gender transitions from moms and dads. When men invaded women’s sports and locker rooms...
