Washington state Democrat introduces ICE Out Act of2026 | Fox News

A Democratic lawmaker in Washington state introduced a bill this week called the ICE Out Act of 2026, which would prohibit state law enforcement agencies from hiring anyone that has taken a job as a sworn U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer since the start of President Donald Trump’s second term.

The legislation was introduced by state Rep. Tarra Simmons, who served time for three felony convictions for possession of controlled substances and retail theft in 2011 before having her criminal record cleared.

HOLY SMOKES. Trump officials Dr. Oz and Jim O'Neill just dropped a Minnesota BOMBSHELL:

To repeat, 400 Medicaid businesses in one building
IT'S FRAUD!
  • "Why did no one in the state figure out this was a concern? Perplexingly to me, in a place of this nature, an industrial complex that people would not come to for child care or autism care or transportation support, how is it possible this could come up like an abscess in the heart of Minneapolis and nobody was watching?!"
  • "They generated about $380 million of billing that you, the taxpayer, were putting up. That means roughly each business had a million dollars of billing."
  • "It's an industrial area. There's no reason that you have a mother bring her child."

"far right extremist"!

The May 2025 lawsuit alleged discriminatory treatment and a "pattern of escalating retaliation" but was settled with the university that September. The terms reportedly include giving the students their degrees while denying all liabilities and banning them from studying or working at the school in the future.

Alert: Bill and Hillary Clinton Found to Be in Contempt of Congress by House Oversight Committee in Bipartisan Vote

A congressional committee has voted to hold Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress.

The former president and the unsuccessful 2016 Democratic presidential candidate had been subpoenaed by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to testify about their relationships with sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

“No witness — not a former president or a private citizen — may willfully defy a duly issued congressional subpoena without consequence,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer said, according to Politico. “But that is what the Clintons did, and that is why we are here today.”
