Those acts by the defendants deprived the church members of their constitutional right to religious freedom, according to prosecutors.

The Department of Education (ED) on Wednesday announced it has found the California Department of Education (CDE) in violation of federal law over its aggressive enforcement of gender secrecy policies at schools.
