Rachel Wilson didn’t flinch.
She corrected the record first:

The complaint, filed by parental rights group Defending Education (DE) in August 2025, alleges that the Contoocook Valley School District maintains its policy allowing access to intimate spaces such as bathrooms and locker rooms based on "gender identity" rather than biological sex. In a decisive 8-1 opinion, the justices sided with a Christian counselor who challenged a Colorado law that she said infringed on her right to free speech.
The case, Chiles v. Salazar, centers on whether a state can regulate conversations between counselors and clients regarding sexuality, The Hill reported.
