Republicans Introduce OMAR Act to Deal With Corruption in Congress:
Blaze Media, which broke the news of the bill, noted that Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minnesota, reportedly shelled out $2.8 million to a political consulting firm owned by her husband during the 2019-2020 campaign season.
That payment was almost 70 percent of her disbursement for the quarter.
In this analysis, Altas World News breaks down how Trump’s leadership evolved from navigating resistance inside Washington to exercising executive authority like a CEO accountable to one group only — the American people.

Xi smiles-----Cal Poly fires chemistry lecturer after raising concerns about foreign hires | The College Fix
California Polytechnic State University reportedly pushed a chemistry lecturer out of her job after she raised concerns about foreign hires and learning assistants in general, and their inability to set up a safe laboratory. - Jeanine Yuen - Northwestern University
- Learning assistants frequently arrived unprepared, violated lab safety rules, and lacked basic training, the lecturer alleged.
- This created unsafe classroom conditions for her large freshman labs of up to 64 students and meant first-year students were exposed to improper laboratory practices...
Reports to the chemistry department and the school’s health and safety team went nowhere.
However, the department chair at the time did accuse the lecturer of an inappropriate “tone” in a performance review...
- University boots Americans, brings in foreigners...
- The school offers a relatively low wage to American workers for the cost of living in the area.
- However, it offers higher wages to foreign workers...
“Replacing experienced, non-tenure-track U.S. lecturers with entry-level H-1B hires does not address a labor shortage; it replaces incumbent faculty with workers who carry less institutional risk.”

Democrats' ICE hysteria hides their deepest midterm fears - Victor Davis Hanson
Behind this stale Democrat boilerplate lies a deep fear that the Nietzschean Trump, just as he beat all their lawfare ambushes, will also do the impossible and avoid losing Congress in November.Their Trump obsessions result in three now well-worn strategies.
And they should fear.
- The first, of course, is still more chaos in America’s streets...
- Second, Democrats seize on every Trump art-of-the-deal excess or coarse putdown...
- Third, Democrats still rely on their ossified partnerships with the media, academia and popular culture to mouth the old talking points...
And they should fear.
- Trump’s catalysts for a booming 2026 economy are already in place.
- massive deregulation,
- new tax cuts and incentives,
- recalibrated tariffs,
- unprecedented foreign investment,
- record energy development and
- emerging technologies.
All that’s needed before the midterms is more focus on the
- current GDP boom,
- lower inflation and
- increased purchasing power — all in contrast to Biden’s economic disaster...

Not to worry—Trump did not post a racist video about the Obamas
Having said that, the claim is going viral on the left, so you need to have your facts lined up to challenge your TDS-suffering friends and acquaintances. - Andrea Widburg
- The problem with the video Trump posted is that it’s a dead certainty that he reposted it without bothering to watch the whole thing.
- Had he watched it to the end, he would have known that there was a problem.
You see, the video is a screen recording captured by an unknown third party.
And what the unknown third party was also clearly unaware of (or, possibly, didn’t care about) was the automated beginning of another, entirely unrelated video.
So, what you get after 58 seconds of a serious video about a serious topic is two seconds of an automatically played video showing Michelle and Barack Obama’s heads attached to the cartoon bodies of simian creatures. (Apes? Chimps? I have no idea.)

You can see for yourself what happened:
As I can attest from my slow learning curve in making video-podcasts, failing to clip the end of a screen recording is a classic amateur mistake...
