EXCLUSIVE: A new report from Alliance for Consumers (AFC) argues that progressive, often climate-change-related, activism and aligned trial lawyers are increasingly using lawsuits not to win big dollars but big changes.
Since the waning years of the Obama administration, AFC said that courtrooms have become the "battleground" for the political left’s campaign to "reshape American society" through "strategic litigation."

After reading the results, people actually know less, however.
- During the 2024-25 school year, a whopping 69 percent of “transgender and/or Nonbinary” undergraduate students said they were the victim of sexual harassment...“The most common forms of sexual harassment were ‘someone referring to people of your gender in insulting or offensive terms’ and someone making ‘sexual remarks, jokes, or stories,’” the report explains.
- RTI International and Chris Krebs oversaw the survey. Krebs is behind the original 2014 Department of Justice study that is used by activists to claim 1 in 5 women are victims of sexual assault on college campuses...

Entry-level judges in the federal court system repeatedly have overruled, or tried to overrule, Trump, actually imposing their will, sometimes on a worldwide basis, on his Executive Branch actions. They've decided who the president can hire, or fire, from the Executive Branch. They've decided what prisoners can be jailed and where. They've decided what Trump must spend on various programs.
Their activism already has resulted in a Supreme Court decision that they are no longer allowed to issue nationwide injunctions, a decision they've worked around by then declaring plaintiffs to be a "class."
