Spend some time with this. And get ANGRY!!-----Here's The VA Bad-Bosses Merry-Go-Round

Here's The VA Bad-Bosses Merry-Go-Round | The Daily Caller:
Department of Veterans Affairs leaders have shuffled nearly 100 hospital administrators to three or more states each in the last eight years, often to deal with under performing directors whom they could not fire, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis.
The list of VA employees with unusual workplace moving patterns includes infamous names like Diana Rubens, who was a D.C. based administrator until she created a job for herself with less work and the same $181,000 salary near her family in Philadelphia.
Then she billed VA for nearly $300,000 in relocation costs.
It also provides a roadmap for a costly trail of chaos left by less well-known VA hospital executives on a management merry-go-round that continually shifts poor performers and problem employees to different jobs and locations in the hope of getting different outcomes.ernewsfoundation.org..."

2 horrible tragedies. 12 deaths. Only gun-grabbers politicize the deaths-----Family of six 'dropped in their spots' from carbon monoxide poisoning

Family of six 'dropped in their spots' from carbon monoxide poisoning | MLive.com:
"FENTON TWP., MI -- They didn't know until it hit them.
The deaths of a family of six -- the youngest not even 2 -- came quickly when they were overcome with carbon monoxide poisoning after a 10,000 BTU generator, powered by a 40-pound propane tank, was hooked up in the lower level of the Fenton Township home."

The Balkans Are Ground Zero for the European Refugee Crisis | TheBlaze.com:

"In the last year of Barack Obama’s presidency, the world is facing tremendous instability, from the Russian-Iranian onslaught against Aleppo, to the primeval brutality of Islamic State, to the putative ground operation by the U.S. and its Sunni Muslim allies in Syria, to the state meltdowns in Yemen and Libya.

The price in human life, blood and tears is hard to behold."

Top 5 Myths About Public Shootings and Gun Control

Top 5 Myths About Public Shootings and Gun Control:
"...As quickly as you can say “wait for the facts,” leftists have already begun the gun-control talks.
As per usual, they trot out their usual misconceptions and outright factual inaccuracies.
Here are five of them.
1.  Gun free zones keep people safe. Not true. 92% of public shootings since 2009 have occurred inside gun free zones. It’s a pretty easy stat to find. Yet for some reason, leftists just… try to completely ignore it.
2. They’re committed largely by assault rifles. Not even close. 80% of murders involving a firearm are committed by handguns.
3.  Cities and countries with strict gun laws have lower instances of shootings.  Chicago, a historically gun-free city, saw 82 shootings on July 4th weekend last year, and regularly ranks in the top 3 highest murder rate cities in America.  But, when the city began issuing concealed carry permits, the city experienced its lowest murder rate since 1958!
4.  Gun violence is increasing.  Factually, gun violence in the United States is much lower than it was 20 years ago.  Statistically speaking, school shootings are extremely rare. Children are actually 100 times more likely to be shot outside a school than in one, and more mass shootings happen at restaurants than at schools.
5.  Violent video games lead to mass killings. This is a myth. While many video games are graphically violent, scientists have not been able to find any causal links between video games and mass murder. So instead of trotting out this old lie overtime there’s a tragedy…"

A Nurse’s Perspective: Justice Scalia’s Death in Texas is the 21st Century Version of the Assassination of JFK - Freedom Outpost

A Nurse’s Perspective: Justice Scalia’s Death in Texas is the 21st Century Version of the Assassination of JFK - Freedom Outpost:

"The death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia shocked the nation, especially when hearing the distinguished Justice appeared to be in good spirits, “entertaining,” and active the night before. What is even more shocking to some is the post death procedures. It has led to many speculating foul play was involved despite what those at the scene claim. A primary area of concern centered on reports that Justice of the Peace Cinderela Guevara never examined Scalia’s body, but pronounced Scalia dead over the phone. As a friend likes to say, “What’s wrong with this picture?”

From a nursing perspective, there is quite a bit wrong with this picture."

Business - Apple plays digital privacy hardball with FBI, 'but not China'

Business - Apple plays digital privacy hardball with FBI, 'but not China' - France 24:
Citing reports by Chinese daily Beijing News and the state-run People's Daily, the article claimed that Cook agreed in January 2015 to allow authorities in China to carry out “security checks” on all iPhones sold in the country to make sure the US had not installed any spyware.
But, Apple has never confirmed or responded to the allegations.
The article reported that analysts believe Apple likely handed over its operating system source code as part of the agreement.
If true, this would mean that the Chinese government knows how Apple’s software works, including its security system.
But a source close to the Cupertino-based firm said it would never grant access to source codes, noting that such a move would violate its privacy rules.
Apple also decided in February 2015 to store local users’ personal data in China.
The move was a gesture of good will towards Beijing that other companies like Google, for example, have always rejected for “security reasons”.
This is because it is easier for China to request access data stored in places under its jurisdiction, though Apple stresses the information is encrypted.
Apple has never given Beijing the means to hack an iPhone, which is exactly what Cook has accused the United States of seeking in what he described as “an unprecedented step that threatens the security of our customers”.
But Apple’s alleged behaviour in China has demonstrated that the company may be capable of granting a government – even one known for Internet censorship – access to users’ personal information if it’s within the company's best commercial interests.

Employers gonna love this-----Why one Michigan university won't start classes before 9 a.m.

Why one Michigan university won't start classes before 9 a.m. | MLive.com
MICHIGAN - A Michigan university that gained international attention through an admitted publicity stunt that annually banishes words when they become overused is not out to gain the same notoriety with its latest move.
But Lake Superior State University, a 2,000-student college in Sault Ste. Marie, will certainly take the word of mouth generated by a recent announcement that its classes won't begin before 9 a.m.
The change, which will begin in the 2016 fall semester, ends 8 a.m. classes college students have long dreaded.
And it's not because of a need for extra sleep or an additional hour to shake off the night before.
"It wasn't, it isn't, a marketing effort," said Thomas Pink, the university's director of public relations. "This was a thoughtful process of trying to find a common hour on campus when groups can meet or staff can hold meetings."...

Pilots Reveal That Obama Has Refused To Give Them Clearance On 75% Of Attacks On ISIS:

"Rep. Ed Royce has argued that the Obama administration policy not to strike if there is any risk of collateral damage has likely added to that percentage, and in turn led to growth of ISIS where it could have been stopped.

“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop,” Royce argued.

“We can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” he continued. "

World War 3 Could Very Easily Turn Into The Very First Nuclear War In The Middle East

World War 3 Could Very Easily Turn Into The Very First Nuclear War In The Middle East
Saudi Arabia already has nukes, Iran probably does, and the Russians are one of the two great nuclear powers on the entire planet.
So if Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies do decide to conduct a full-blown ground invasion of Syria, could someone ultimately decide to use nuclear weapons when their backs get pushed up against a wall?
As you read this article, there are thousands of military vehicles and hundreds of thousands of troops massed along the southern border of Turkey and the northern border of Saudi Arabia.
If the command is given and those forces start streaming toward Damascus, it is inevitable that the Syrians, the Iranians, Hezbollah and the Russians would fight back.
It would literally be the start of World War 3, and the Saudis and the Turks are trying very hard to convince the United States to be involved.
But the truth is that we don’t want any part of this conflict, because it could very easily become the very first nuclear war in the history of the Middle East.
Perhaps you didn’t know that the Saudis already have nukes.
Of course the official position is that they don’t, but it is a fact that they were the ones that funded the development of Pakistan’s nuclear program.
It is an open secret that the Saudis have the bomb, but nobody is really supposed to talk about it...."

Passing is "145"?!! Sup?-----Scoring change will make GED easier to pass

Scoring change will make GED easier to pass:
Big changes to the way the GED exam is scored will make it easier for people to pass — two years after the test underwent a massive overhaul that led to steep drops in the number of students taking it and passing it.
The score students will need to pass the exam is dropping from 150 to 145, part of changes first announced in late January by the GED Testing Service. But it's up to individual states to adopt the scoring changes.
Michigan hadn't officially signed on to the changes late last week, but Ken Silfven, spokesman for Michigan's Workforce Development Agency, said Friday that "our intention is to adopt the ... updates."
"It will be a positive move that helps hundreds of people move forward," Silfven said..."

If Obama Replaces Scalia, “You Can Kiss What’s Left of the Constitution Goodbye” - Eagle Rising

If Obama Replaces Scalia, “You Can Kiss What’s Left of the Constitution Goodbye” - Eagle Rising:

“Everybody knows that Barack Obama, that Barack Obama looks for every opportunity to destroy the institutions of this government. And he’d like nothing more than to take over the Supreme Court the way he’s taken over the treaty provision of the Constitution, the way he’s taken over the spending clause, the power of the purse from the Congress, or the way he’s taken over in many respects legislating from Congress with his executive orders. And so, he’d like nothing more than to take over the Court."

Expert: U.S. military could topple like Jenga blocks
An expert on military preparedness says the United States armed forces could topple like a Jenga block tower if President Obama’s social agenda is allowed to continue.
“If the Obama administration continues to remove resources from the Jenga block tower’s base, while loading burdens of social engineering on the top, the structure will become increasingly unstable and eventually fall,” contends a new report from the Center for Military Readiness, referring to the block-stacking game.
...She compares the social engineering to a Jenga block game, in which wooden blocks are piled up and lower blocks removed one at a time until the tower falls.
Obama’s social agenda is the top blocks, but troop strength and support are the foundation blocks that are being removed, she has argued.
...Her report notes the issue is assuming greater importance in light of a recent Washington Times article that highlights the consequences of budget cuts in Special Operations Forces..."

Swedish Police Admit There Are Now 53 No-Go Zones There They Do Not Enter and Cannot Control - The Gateway Pundit:
Swedish Police Admit There Are Now 53 No-Go Zones There They Do Not Enter and Cannot Control
Danish reporter Jeppe Juhl from Newsspeek TV described the deteriorating situation in Sweden, a once peaceful country that now is regarded as the rape capital of the West.
According to Jeppe, Sweden now has 53 no-go zones where police will not enter without backup and often wear bulletproof vests. The same policies are apply to ambulance drivers and firemen.
Jeppe blames left-wing politicians and an inept and cowardly press who have been mouthpieces for the insane idealistic experiment by the people in charge. The country has exchanged its well-functioning and integrated Jewish population with illiterates and violent men from the Middle East and North Africa.
This is an excellent video.

"CHANGE:
CIA Director John Brennan said diversity and inclusion are “at the heart” of what the intelligence service is “charged to do.”
Shades of the infamous Freudian slip by the hard left former editor of the New York Times, Howlin’ Howell Raines, specifically citing Jayson Blair “before the National Association of Black Journalists in 2001 as the first fruits of a hiring campaign that ‘has made our staff better and, more importantly, more diverse.’”
As with the Times replacing reporting after 9/11 with activism, presumably, the CIA is in the process of getting out of the spy profession if the recent history of NASA is any indication.
During Obama’s first term, that government agency decided to simultaneously get into the business of LGBT and Muslim outreach (good luck squaring that circle) right around the time it was exiting what was called — in a less enlightened era — the manned space program.
In those dark ages, American engineers developed the technology to go the moon, but the horrible sexists and bigots at NASA (some with evil wrongthink shirts, no doubt) sent only WASPy males.
Life was so horrible throughout the millions of years of history that all led up to the glorious revolution that is the Obama era."

Those Vatican walls? Designed to repel Muslims

Those Vatican walls? Designed to repel Muslims:

"The pope’s sovereign city-state, Vatican City, is surrounded by giant walls.

What’s more, the walls were specifically built by a prior pope to repel Muslims.

History shows back in 846, Muslim raiders known as the Saracens looted Old St. Peter’s Basilica and the Papal Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls. The pirates took priceless treasures from the shrines.

Shocked by the sack of some of the most sacred sites in Christendom, Pope Leo IV created the Leonine Wall, completely surrounding the Vatican Hill. Additional defenses were added in the 15th and 16th centuries."

BOOM! Gringrich: GOP job is to understand Trump, not his job to understand them:
Gingrich said something striking during his interview that should resonate with a lot of people.
“The base of his support are people who are sick and tired of the day-to-day baloney that has dominated the American politics and is also a very simple rule – If you think Washington is so sick you want someone to kick over the table then you like Donald Trump and you frankly don’t care about the details”

Hundreds pack meeting – demand ‘no refugees’ in Montana

Hundreds pack meeting – demand ‘no refugees’ in Montana:

"So what was it that had the townspeople of rural Ravalli County, Montana, so stirred up?

The answer is simple: Syrian refugees.

They don’t want any.

The county held a public hearing Feb. 18 on a proposed letter to be sent to the Obama administration, Montana Gov. Steve Bullock and the state’s congressional delegation making one point abundantly clear – no Syrian refugees will be welcomed in Ravalli County.

The county commissioners voted unanimously to send the letter."

How the Sex-Harassment Cops Became Speech Police

How the Sex-Harassment Cops Became Speech Police - WSJ:
If you care about free speech on campus, watch closely the First Amendment case of Teresa Buchanan.
An education professor at Louisiana State University for nearly two decades, Ms. Buchanan was skilled at teaching people how to teach others.
She was widely published, secured over $1 million in research grants, and held important positions in respected professional organizations.
On the strength of her record, Ms. Buchanan was recommended for promotion to full professor in November 2013.
Only a month later, however, an LSU administrator informed Ms. Buchanan that she was being pulled from her spring classes.
She wasn’t given an explanation, beyond vague allegations of “inappropriate comments.”
Six months later, Ms. Buchanan was charged with sexual harassment, though no student (or anyone else) had accused her of such.
...After two decades Ms. Buchanan’s teaching methods hadn’t changed—but the understanding of “sexual harassment” had.
In 2013 the federal government announced a new definition intended as a “blueprint” for colleges nationwide.
It explained that sexual harassment was “any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature,” including “verbal conduct.”
Free-speech advocates warned that the feds’ broad definition, if adopted, would sharply curtail First Amendment rights on campus.
LSU’s sexual-harassment policy mirrors the federal blueprint by prohibiting “unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical behavior of a sexual nature.”
It’s not clear what prompted the university to adopt that language, or when it did so.
But after LSU was criticized for firing Ms. Buchanan, it rushed out a statement that explained: “The Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education has advised universities that ‘harassment does not have to include intent to harm, be directed at a specific target, or involve repeated incidents.’...
