Off-teleprompter Obama rambles, nearly incoherently attacking American global warming skeptics
"Back in 2008, when he was addressing vast throngs in Berlin and Mile High Stadium, Barack Obama was, we were assured by most of the Smart Set, one of the greatest orators in history.
That was but one of the many ways in which he was overrated by those anxious for the first black president to be a brilliant champion of the Democratic Party, “bending the arc of history” toward progressivism.
...Yesterday, in an utterly friendly venue (an Obama Foundation event) and a friendly audience, Barack went so far off the rails into incoherence that I am wondering if Obama has reverted to the habits of his choom gang days.
"Climate change, we're going to have to come up with some new technologies to solve the problem as much as we need to," Obama said.
"Although even on something like that, right now I could take off the shelf existing technologies, we could reduce carbon emissions by let's say 30 percent, without any, you know it's not like we would have to go back to caves and you know live off, you know, fire."
"We could have electricity and smartphones and all that stuff which would buy us probably another 20, 30 years for that technological breakthrough that's necessary," Obama continued.
"The reason we don't do it is because we are still confused, blind, shrouded with hate, anger, racism, mommy issues."...

"See also "Die!": The Unlimited Radicalism Of Antifa - Enforcer For Democrats (And, Tacitly, Conservatism Inc.)
The administration of President Donald Trump and the Republican majority he relies upon to avoid impeachment is in critical danger.
The Democrats have become more extreme and forthrightly anti-American, particularly in California, leading to a feeling of complacency among Republicans and Conservatism Inc. mouthpieces who simply assume Americans will react against it.
...the Main Stream Media and Silicon Valley are engaging in a sweeping crackdown on free speech designed to eliminate pro-Trump alternative media sources.
The passivity of the GOP in response to this escalating Totalitarian Leftist offensive raises the horrifying possibility the 2016 election will be squandered—leaving with patriots with  nothing to show for all their sacrifices..."

Jerry Brown quietly admits Trump was right - WND:

Image result for flickr commons images Jerry BrownAfter brushing off President Trump’s charge that poor forest management is partly to blame for California’s recent devastating wildfires, Gov. Jerry Brown is urging state lawmakers to ease restrictions on logging that were enacted under pressure from environmental groups.
Brown is proposing one of the most significant changes to the state’s logging rules in nearly half a century, the Santa Cruz Sentinel reported, as noted by the Daily Wire.
In an effort to thin more forests, the proposal would allow private landowners with 300 acres or less to cut larger trees and build temporary roads without obtaining a permit.

Jim Carrey: Trump Is a Cancer and Republicans Are Rapists Who Need to Be Removed
"Actor Jim Carrey doubled down on his criticism of President Donald Trump on a panel at Vulture Fest Sunday, describing Trump as a “melanoma” and accusing Republicans of “raping” America’s system of government.
“These are not people you can deal with. You cannot be bipartisan with a criminal. A rapist needs to be removed, not negotiated with. These people are raping our system, they’re destroying it right in front of us,” Jim Carrey said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“These people have to be removed from our system because they’re bad for us,” Carrey continued. “Trump is a melanoma, and anybody that covers for him, including Sarah Sanders, is putting makeup on it. It shows that there’s a deeper problem in this country, and that problem is greed.”
Among other things, the Ace Ventura star also commented on racial issues in the United States, saying that he couldn’t understand how blacks “haven’t burned this country down” yet.
“The African-American community has incredible grace in the face of this cancerous hate. They’re unbelievable. I don’t know how they haven’t burned this country down,” he said.
The 56-year-old also showed some of his infamous political artwork on stage.
Over the last year, Carrey has become known more for his anti-Trump paintings than for his acting. He has notably attacked Brett Kavanaugh and Sarah Huckabee Sanders."

Masculinity That Attracts Women Like a Moth to a Flame Looks Like This | Suzanne Venker
"Never before in our nation’s history have we studied what it means to be a man more than we have right now.
Of course, we didn’t need to study it before—people knew what it meant to be a man.
Today, there’s so much propaganda surrounding the issue of gender that people are either confused as hell or they sit in silence with what they know to be true out of fear.
But you know who’s not confused?
Men who embrace their masculinity full throttle.
Men like Brian Begin, whose program Fearless teaches other men to embrace their masculinity full throttle.
...confident men (and the women who love them) know masculinity isn’t evil.
It’s the narrative about it that’s evil.
Not only does masculinity give us freedom and keep us safe, it’s the other half of what makes love work..."

Tijuana officials have called on the Mexican federal government to intervene to curtail the migrants flow into the city.

The myth of stagnant incomes - The Washington Post
"We aren’t stagnating, after all.
... the Congressional Budget Office, which reports periodically on the distribution and growth of the nation’s income.
It recently found that most Americans had experienced clear-cut income gains since the early 1980s.
This conclusion is exceptionally important, because the CBO study is arguably the most comprehensive tabulation of Americans’ incomes.
...The poorest fifth of Americans (a fifth is known as a “quintile”) enjoyed a roughly 80 percent post-tax income increase since 1979.
The richest quintile — those just below the top 1 percent — had a similar gain of nearly 80 percent.
The middle three quintiles achieved less, about a 50 percent rise in post-tax incomes..."

What To Know About The Lawsuit Against Trump’s Asylum Policies

What To Know About The Lawsuit Against Trump’s Asylum Policies
"...These People Simply Don’t Have Standing
The Department of Justice argued in its brief that the plaintiffs lack standing to challenge the regulations at issue.
Image result for Trump’s Asylum PoliciesThe Trump administration is correct.
To sue, a plaintiff must suffer a cognizable injury and, in this case, the changes to the rules governing asylum do not harm the nonprofit organizations.
The nonprofit organizations attempt to skirt the standing rule by claiming that the revised rules will force them “to divert significant resources to, among other things, understanding the new policy,” and “educating and advising its staff, clients, and prospective clients” on the new policy.
The plaintiffs also complain the new regulations will reduce their funding, which is partly based on the number of clients they serve.
Neither of these claimed injuries are enough for standing.
Perhaps recognizing the weakness of their argument, in a brief filed late Friday, the ACLU changed its tack, arguing for the first time that it has “third party standing” to challenge the new regulations.
...Therein lies the real regulatory change and the real complaint: To receive asylum, an individual need only have a “well-founded fear of persecution” on account of any one of five protected grounds, which is a lower standard than the “reasonable fear” standard governing withholding of removal.
But the “reasonable fear” standard is no high hurdle.
It merely requires an individual to prove that such persecution is more likely than not.
...But, under the new regulations, the only aliens facing removal to their native lands are those who lack a reasonable fear of persecution..."

"The historic case involves minor girls from Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota.
In a major blow to the government, a federal judge in Detroit has declared the nation's female genital mutilation law as unconstitutional, thereby dismissing nearly all of the charges against two Michigan doctors and seven others accused of subjecting at least nine minor girls to genital cutting in the nation's first FGM case.
The historic case involves minor girls from Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota, including some who cried, screamed and bled during the procedure and one who was given Valium ground in liquid Tylenol to keep her calm, court records show.
U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman concluded that Congress did not have the authority to pass the 22-year-old federal law that criminalizes female genital mutilation in America.
FGM is banned worldwide and has been outlawed in more than 50 countries, though the U.S. statute had never been tested before this case..."

On his way out as chairman, as Democrats will take control of the House next year, Nunes said his panel's investigation into the Justice Department and FBI is largely complete. Still, he said the public release of these "buckets" would help give his efforts a sense of "finality."

Findings from the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) show that 97.8 percent of mass shootings

over a 68-year period occurred in “gun-free zones.”

Drug and gun free school zone signs are shown as students play basketball at an elementary school Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, in Phoenix. Otherwise, it would also include the November 7, 2018, mass public attack at Borderline Bar & Grill, in which 12 were killed.
The November 19, 2018, attack at Chicago Mercy Hospital, where three were killed, would not be listed because it does not meet FBI criteria for a mass shooting, but it should, nevertheless, be noted that Borderline Bar and Mercy Hospital were both state-mandated gun-free zones..."

Electoral Three-Card Monte: How The Democrats Stole Orange CountyThe American Spectator
"...While your eyes were riveted on the electoral red card — the cheating in Florida and Georgia — the street hucksters pulled a fast one on all of youze and swiped a bunch of House seats, from right under your noses, on the other coast.
Honest, admit it: you never saw it, did you?
See the source imageThey had you so focused on Brenda Snipes — is she still not in jail? — that you lost track of the other cards. The eight confederates — MSNBC, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, New York Times, and Washington Post — were as focused as you were on Florida and Georgia.
And you never saw what happened in California in broad daylight.
So here is what happened.
All these Republicans Congressional candidates in Orange County and in other parts of the People’s Democratic Republic of California (PDRC) came out of election night as winners.
Two-term representative Mimi Walters in the 45th Congressional District.
Young Kim, an appealing newcomer to Congress of Korean-American heritage. Others.
And then, each day, as more and more provisional and other ballots kept emerging in the California count, the Republican leads dwindled.
But you had your eyes on the red card — the red states of Florida and Georgia.
...And meanwhile more Congressional ballots kept showing up in the Golden State each day, getting counted in the PDRC..."

Galindez accused the student government of “neglect[ing] [SOC] in favor of a rich white majority.”...

“This is the kind of thing that happens when you don’t enforce standards,” said Mark Krikorian, executive director at the Center for Immigration Studies. “The idea that DACAs are all choir boys is obviously untrue, and yet the Obama administration was much too willing to let people with criminal records avoid deportation.”

The New York Times Reveals the Horrors of Capitalism—By Showing China’s State-Run Hospitals | Intellectual Takeout
"The New York Times released a 10-minute video last month entitled “How Capitalism Ruined China’s Health Care System.”
The video attempts to blame capitalism for the many problems in China’s health care system.
See the source image“Under Mao Zedong the Communist state provided free health care for all,” the narrator tells us. “Decades later China adopted a unique brand of capitalism that transformed the country from a poor farming nation into an economic superpower. Life expectancy soared. But the introduction of capitalism and the retreat of the state meant that health care was no longer free.”
...All of the horrors depicted in the high-quality video—the long lines, the scalping, and the hospital fights—occurred at government-run health care facilities.
If the Times had visited one of China’s many private health care facilities, they would have found something quite different.
I know first-hand how outstanding the care at private facilities is in China..."
