Most of the $33 Billion in Remittances to Mexico Flow Via U.S. Govt. Banking Program - Judicial Watch

Most of the $33 Billion in Remittances to Mexico Flow Via U.S. Govt. Banking Program - Judicial Watch
"Though President Trump said he would block money transfers to Mexico to fund a much-needed border wall, Mexicans in the U.S. sent a record $33.48 billion in remittances last year and a big chunk of it flowed through a government program operated by the Federal Reserve.
This means that, amid an onslaught of illegal immigration, the U.S. government is largely responsible for the billions in remittances flowing south of the border from illegal aliens.
Figures released by Mexico’s central bank show that 104 million transactions were executed in 2018, nearly six million more than the previous year..."

Unless Congress fixes these four programs, they—and the ever-growing interest payments on the national debt—will consume every dollar of taxes paid by 2041. That leaves no money for anything else. Uncle Sam couldn’t spend a penny on defense, food assistance, highways, or education without driving the country further into debt.

Critics question plans for President Lincoln statue in Kalamazoo - mlive.com
"KALAMAZOO, MI -- Kalamazoo’s school board last week discussed support and opposition to plans to erect a statue downtown honoring Abraham Lincoln, hearing from some residents with concerns about the idea.
See the source imageLincoln visited Kalamazoo prior to his presidency and a group of supporters have been working for years to build a statue in his honor and create educational opportunities around his visit to the city.
'''Brionne Fonville said it was inappropriate for the school to hold penny drives raising money for the statue, citing racial and social justice issues surrounding the former president.
“Our public school system’s curriculum tells a white-washed version of U.S. history and Lincoln’s place in it,” Fonville said.
...“Maybe it’s well past time that we as a society begin to look at our heroes of bygone eras through a new lens, new perspectives, improved perspectives,” Greschak said.
Fonville said the community worked hard to advocate for the removal of the controversial Bronson Park statue in April.
“Our community did this work so that native folks don’t have continue to feel disrespected, misrepresented and re-traumatized by depictions of white supremacy and historical violence against communities of color,” Fonville said.
District support of the Lincoln statue project undoes the work the community did then, she said.
Kirstin Simons-Valenzuela read a poem as public comment during Thursday’s meeting, expressing her concern with a statue honoring Lincoln.
“As we take down monuments dedicated to disgraced, white men, let us not erect more in deaf ignorance,” Simons-Valenzuela said..."

Pursue Those Indictments! – American Greatness:

Image result for flickr commons images devin nunesThink about it: without Nunes we wouldn’t know that “Susan Rice, Obama’s National Security Adviser, spied on members of the Trump campaign before the election and then unmasked their names with the likely knowledge that they would be leaked—which they were.” Pause for a moment to think about that. The national security advisor for one administration spied on members of her political opponents in a presidential election and then unmasked their identities and made sure their names were leaked to the press.
If you don’t find that breathtaking you have become too inured to living in a banana republic.
But that is not all.

Fascinating read!-----Why Convert To Islam? | The American Conservative

Why Convert To Islam? | The American Conservative
"First Things has done a good thing in publishing the testimony of Jacob Williams, a British convert to Islam.
Aside from the fact that I always find it fascinating to learn why people embrace a religion into which they were not born, Williams’s essay reveals how and why the pathetic weakness of UK (and European) Christianity has left a vacuum that Islam is prepared to fill.
This is a fascinating essay.
Williams begins by talking about the sense of meaninglessness pervading contemporary Britain:
Anomie  (Anomie:"condition in which society provides little moral guidance to individuals) was one thing; the ferocious renunciation of tradition I encountered at university was quite another. I had hoped that the spiritual emptiness of wider society was a result of ignorance, and that the academy—especially the ancient, venerable, Gothic academy of Oxford—had preserved what I vaguely imagined was my country’s noble heritage. Studying philosophy did provide some engagement with an intellectual inheritance, but for anyone moderately interested in public life, the campus movements for “social justice” were impossible to ignore. All of these—whether their goal was the liberation of women, of LGBT persons, or of ethnic minorities—seemed to have the same vision of man: a deracinated, protean aggregate of desires. These movements gained in strength every year. Formerly apolitical spaces were distorted by the need to appease one demand after another. The culture of the university, once imbued with the brash boyishness of the English public schools, now accommodated the sterile, strenuous inclusivity of progressive zealots.
After three years of this, I was frustrated and alienated. I needed a purpose. Philosophy classes had sharpened my inquiries, but they didn’t rectify the meaninglessness all around me. My utopian peers found their purpose in crusades against racism and homophobia, but their contempt for England revolted me. I chose a different course and embarked on a search for God.
Their contempt for England revolted me.
And so he ended up becoming Muslim.
But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Hate-Based Faith - Taki's Magazine - Taki's Magazine
"The recent upsurge among white liberals of their quasi-religious belief that racial differences in average behavior can’t possibly be real—“the Great Awokening”—is on a collision course with the routine workings of the criminal justice system, which finds that, say, blacks are several dozen times more homicidal per capita than are Asians.
Something’s got to give.
One interesting implication of the endlessly hilarious Jussie Smollett false flag is that due to technological advances, it’s becoming increasingly hard to get away with a crime, if the police feel like investing enough man-hours in tracking you down.
...“With its furious hunger for hate hoaxes, wokeness is a hate-based faith dependent upon demonizing whites.”
See the source image...And most of the time, the police don’t have the resources that the Chicago detectives directed at the Jussie Smollett case in the dead of winter under the prodding of national hysteria about MAGA bros running amok in Chicago during the polar vortex.
...Thus, we see increasing numbers who feel that the legal system punishing blacks, such as Jussie Smollett, must be racist. State’s attorney Kim Foxx is likely sincere in her claim that she megalomaniacally believes: “I was elected on a promise to rethink the justice system.”
Her 2016 campaign was funded by George Soros’ push to replace big-city district attorneys with new woke ones sworn to put fewer black criminals in prison..."

Image result for free moneyPHOENIX (AP) — Yousuf Abdelfatah already knows the answer he'll give about his race on the 2020 census questionnaire will be wrong.
He's an Arab American, but the only race options on the census are white, black, Asian and categories for American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander. Reluctantly, Abdelfatah will mark white.
"If you look at me, my skin is darker, I'm visibly not white," said the 22-year-old research assistant. "I've lived my life as a person of color, but I'm categorized as white."
With the census going to printing presses later this year, Arab Americans are again feeling left out of a process that helps draw the nation's political map and provide an accurate population count, which in turn can determine how much federal funding minority groups get for government programs and medical research..."

Disgraced New Yorker Fact-Checker: ‘When Did The Memory Of 9/11 Become Sacred?’ | Daily Wire
"Back in July of last year, Talia Lavin was fired from her job as a fact-checker for the New Yorker after she misidentified a wounded Marine's elbow tattoo as a Nazi "Iron Cross," and convinced much of the left that the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency had hired an actual white supremacist to work on their abuse task force.

The self-described "expert" on white supremacy, in an effort to defend Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who flippantly referred to the September 11, 2001 terror attacks in a speech as "some people did something," Lavin asked whether we're supposed to believe that 9/11 is "sacred."

when did the memory of 9/11 become “sacred”? in what way? and to whom?
The tweet was a reaction to, of all people, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who referred to September 11 as "sacred ground," taking both Omar and President Donald Trump — who posted video of the attacks as a way of reminding Omar why 9/11 commands so much respect — to task.
Lavin, who now works as a reporter for Media Matters tracking "white nationalism," and will teach a course on journalism this summer at New York University, doubled down.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KOVR) — Hotels in California may no longer be able to provide guests with tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or other personal care products.
Assembly Bill 1162 passed the Natural Resources committee on Monday by a vote of 6-3 (two Assemblymembers did not vote.)
The bill would ban “lodging establishments”, including hotels, motels, resorts, bed and breakfasts, and vacation rentals, from offering small plastic bottles holding 12 ounces or under of product in rooms or public spaces.
Instead, the establishments could offer “bulk dispensers” that could be used by a number of people. The goal is to cut down on the amount of plastic containers thrown away by guests and operators..."

Yes, we need to probe the Russia collusion probers

Yes, we need to probe the Russia collusion probers:
Image result for flickr commons images William Barr
Attorney General William Barr dared to use the “s” word.
He said in congressional testimony that the Trump campaign had been spied on by the American government. Pressed by incredulous Senate Democrats, he clarified: “I think spying did occur. The question is whether it was adequately predicated.”
“Spying” has a negative connotation, so perhaps “surveilling” would have been the better way to put it. But a key question is indeed whether there was improper surveillance of the campaign, as Barr stated at another point in the hearing.

Worse than Watergate

Worse than Watergate
"For most of my lifetime, “Watergate” has been used as the measuring stick for political corruption. What exactly was the Watergate scandal?
On June 17, 1972, five men were arrested for burglarizing the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee at the Watergate office complex in Washington, D. C.
It was never alleged that President Richard M. Nixon knew about the burglary prior to the attempt, but that he tried to use the power of the presidency to obstruct justice in order to protect members of his administration and his reelection committee from facing criminal charges.
The great irony is that Nixon was going to crush McGovern in the general election without any illegal help.
See the source imageNothing that could have been stolen from the Democrats could have helped the Republican Party win any bigger in 1972 -- Nixon claimed 520 electoral votes and carried 49 states.
The break-in was stupid and unnecessary.
And most importantly, it was illegal.
...In a delicious irony, this week Attorney General William Barr implied that a new bar might have been set (pun intended) during the 2016 election cycle when he announced that he believes President Trump’s political campaign was spied upon by the federal government.
Just let that sink in for a moment and noodle around in your brain.

  • In 1972, Republicans were caught using former CIA operatives to spy on their political rivals.
  • In 2016, Democrats have now been caught using active FBI and senior Department of Justice employees to spy on President Trump.

It is no longer debatable whether or not it happened, because A. G. Barr just told us it happened.
The only question that remains is whether or not they had any sort of justifiable reason for doing so..."
