CNN Finds 'So Many of Us' Love Jill Biden

CNN Finds 'So Many of Us' Love Jill Biden

In 2022, it’s quite obvious that CNN can now be accused of sounding like state-run TV.

On Feb. 27, CNN anchor Pamela Brown (whose father, John Brown, served as the Democrat governor of Kentucky) robotically read a Twitter thread from Jill Biden. She introduced it like this:

Two Chicago police officers shot in 'ambush' attack; suspect in custody - TheBlaze

Two Chicago police officers shot in 'ambush' attack; suspect in custody - TheBlaze

Two Chicago police officers were shot early Friday morning in what the department is calling an "ambush" attack, according to WBBM-TV. Both were taken to the hospital with injuries that were thankfully not life-threatening, and the suspect was promptly apprehended due to the fortuitous location of an undercover officer who happened to be nearby when the shooting occurred.

The Failed Logistics of Russia's Invasion of Ukraine

Bill Hudgins
"Ten years of U.S. gasoline prices.
The fracking boom started at the end of Obama’s term.
Prices still would have been low before the Ukraine invasion except for Biden’s leasing ban, 7x carbon cost increase, and crackdown on O&G financing.
Of course, if not for Biden.
North America still would be self-sufficient and exporting instead of importing."

Here's Your 'Red Pill' Moment for the Russia-Ukraine War

Here's Your 'Red Pill' Moment for the Russia-Ukraine War
  • It's time for your red pill. Something smells rotten in Ukraine. The story is rotten, rancid, hinky; the story just doesn't add up.
"President Joe Biden and the media desperately want you to believe Russia is the bad guy and Ukraine is a little angel.
They want you to fall in love with underdog Ukraine.
They want you to support America getting involved on behalf of Ukraine.
To get your support, they nee the media to sell you a bill of goods.
But it just doesn't add up.
  • First, Biden is the one who funded Russia's invasion. Biden killed our pipelines, killed coal and banned drilling, which made us dependent on Russian oil -- which made Russia filthy rich and arrogant. Biden paid for this war.
  • Second, if Russian President Vladimir Putin is the "bad guy," if Russia is evil, why is Biden continuing to buy billions of dollars of oil from Russia every day? Does this make sense?
Unless it's pure "commie theatre."...Read all.

Must Reads for Young People in a Stupidly Woke World - John Kass -- By Pat Hickey
"...Whenever I run into classmates from the 1960s, we tend to talk about the sad world the young are forced to wade through: a swamp of tepid experiences without any sense of common struggles and shared joys.
This is a mean and humorless age that celebrates the balkanization of races, religions, and classes. Literature mirrors the music of the times.
...In the 1960s our common culture shared the magic of Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye and Dusty Springfield along with Joe Williams, Sarah Vaughan and Ella Fitzgerald, as well as Shostakovich and Schubert–all through television and radio.
...Books and tunes make little sense these days and essential key codes to leading a vital life are not available to students today.
Let me explain.
  • ...I could not be an English teacher in 2022. The Woke culture would cancel me immediately...Read all!!

  • [Putin] is now also demanding the nuclear disarming of Europe.
  • Putin's next targets could be Moldova or the Baltic states which, like Ukraine, he reportedly considers illegitimate and properly part of Russia's sphere. If further suffering and bloodshed are to be avoided, the West must do all it can to ensure his current aggression fails.
  • To halt Putin's broader ambitions, it is also essential that NATO keep the Ukrainian army fighting and that includes financing the war effort and getting lethal weapons and military equipment to Ukrainian forces.
  • Russia must be isolated and turned into an international pariah not just while Putin's army is assaulting Ukraine but for as long as necessary...Read all.

D.C. Managed To Lose $4 Million on Its Own Sports Betting App

D.C. Managed To Lose $4 Million on Its Own Sports Betting App
"Despite having a near-monopoly on districtwide betting, poor decisions and mismanagement led to millions in losses on GambetDC.
In gambling, the house always wins. Unless the house is the Washington, D.C., government.
...After the D.C. Council approved sports gambling in the district in 2018, it further authorized a single company to develop the GambetDC app, at a cost of $215 million over five years.
In return, the District hoped to see annual tax revenues of $20 million from bets placed.
...In fact, after adjusting for the cost of advertising the app, the government actually lost more than $4 million last year.
How is this possible?...Read all!

"How many industries have been damaged or destroyed by high taxes and excessive regulation?
A lot. But I have mixed feelings about this one:
The cannabis industry in California is on the brink of collapse because of high taxes and onerous regulations that have burdened legal operators and allowed illegal growers to flourish, campaigners have warned.***
About 75 per cent of cannabis consumed in the state comes from illegal sources...Read all.

Feds consider ending airline mask mandate this month; flight attendants union wants masks to stay, doesn't care that CDC guidance changed - TheBlaze

While many COVID-19 pandemic mask mandates around the country are coming down following the latest guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the federal requirement for masks on planes and other forms of public transportation have remained in effect. That could change in two weeks, when the Transportation Security Administration's mask mandate is set to expire on March 18. But the largest flight attendants union in the U.S. opposes letting the mandate expire.

Here's how Putin protects himself from assassins and coup
"Bodyguards with bulletproof briefcases and high-powered pistols, look-alike stand-ins and food tasters are just some of the ways Russian President Vladimir reportedly protects himself from would-be assassins and coup plotters.
...But Putin, a former KGB agent who’s been in power since rising to power in 2000, is apparently obsessed with both his security and his health – protecting himself from assassins and avoiding COVID-19 at all costs, as demonstrated by the lengths to which he’s gone to avoid catching the virus.
Recent photos show him meeting with world leaders and even his own advisers at opposite ends of extremely long tables to maintain at least 20 feet of distance between them, and he donned a hazmat suit — complete with a full face respirator — before visiting a Moscow hospital treating coronavirus patients in April 2020.
