Some cities are passing their own laws in order to combat an epidemic of brazen organized retail thefts across the country that have led to some stores shutting down.
In one example from the King Soopers grocery store in Brighton, Colorado, two thieves were caught on video on Monday loading up a grocery cart with detergent and other high-price items before running for the exit.
What caught my ear was Muir’s claim that South Sudan is the “new front line of the climate crisis.” Muir was echoing the WFP’s narrative. “Unprecedented flooding”has displaced tens of thousands of people. The flooding has interfered with agriculture and has disrupted the timely delivery of food, goods, and services that could otherwise prevent starvation. Nearly eight million people are said to be at risk...
Figure 2: Mean annual rainfall in South Sudan, 1901–2021
...What, then, is the nature of food shortages in South Sudan?
Some context is in order...Country-wide, cereal crop yields are up by 12–16% over last year, however. Widespread crop failure is therefore not the problem for South Sudan.
What, then, is the problem?...
It is not the “climate crisis” that is hindering their efforts, but a perfect storm of political disruptions, corruption, graft, and piracy...
Focus on the Family posted a video that features multiple scenes in which the term "fetus" is absurdly substituted for the word "baby."
In the first scene, a smiling woman apparently holding a pregnancy test informs a man that the test is positive. She excitedly says, "We're having a fetus."
"Carbon dioxide is a colorless, odorless gas which forms the basis of all life on earth, butclimate scamsters want people to believe it is a dirty, opaque toxin which threatens all life on earth.
The alarmist propaganda will try to convince you of less and less ice each and every year.
My data seen here suggests the opposite fact is true.
1) from 1979-1999, 8 years were below average, 10 years were average and 3 years were above average. 2) from 2000-2019, 2 years were below average, 9 years were average and 9 years were above average.
It is easy to see there has been more ice the last 20 years than the previous 20 years.
You wouldn’t read about that anywhere else but here.
It seems that this issue has been building for a long time, unnoticed by parents and kept quiet by school officials and teachers as they introduced these materials widely in school curriculums and libraries. For example, why is it that these pornography books, clearly written to appeal to young minds, have appeared so widely in so many schools throughout the nation?...
Such widespread eagerness suggests a strong organized effortwithin the education community to promote the teaching of sex to little kids.
This is confirmed by a review of the queer agenda books recommended to teachers and schools by Scholastic, which is one of the main sources for school librarians.
From its own webpage, celebrating the queer agenda:
These books incorporate and celebrate LGBTQIA+ themes and experiences. They present thoughtful stories around concepts like acceptance, secrets, and struggles. These stories will give a voice to students who have at times felt like no one is listening...
Many different Americans have many different expectations for their duly elected officials.
A common, bare minimum expectation for those officials is that they are cognizant and functional whilst lawmaking.
Well, bad news for the incumbent president: A new poll found that Americans are struggling to describe President Joe Biden as either cognizant or functional.
"The present-day Left bears little resemblance to the old civil-libertarian, integrationist Democratic Party that existed from the 1960s through 2000...
On almost every issue, Democrats have repudiated their prior reverence for the Supreme Court.
They distrust individual liberty and free expression.
They now worship the money and clout of corporate America.
Racial ecumenicalism and integration are seen as passé.
There is little need for borders to protect vulnerable American workers, given the advantages of inviting in millions of poor illegal immigrants without audits.
Democrats have transmogrified into a Soviet-style socialist binary of rich and poor, run by an elite nomenklatura that dictates its orders to its foot soldiers of the underclass.
An entire new left-wing vocabulary—clingers, deplorables, irredeemables, dregs, chumps, ultra-MAGA, semi-fascists—has come to express their hatred of the middle class...
WASHINGTON (AP) — More than $200 billion may have been stolen from two large COVID-19 relief initiatives, according to new estimates from a federal watchdog investigating federally funded programs that helped small businesses survive the worst public health crisis in more than a hundred years. The numbers issued Tuesday by the U.S. Small Business Administration inspector general are much greater than the office’s previous projections...
"This whole scheme is not about ratings or news ... It is about controlling the narrative and what most people that are not "in the know" see on their TV and hear on their morning news. It is called propaganda for a reason and it tends to brainwash the simple who are just trying to get by in life. This is why in Communist countries the professors and those wise enough to not listen to the news or government are usually 'purged' every couple of years. Stay away from all the paid-to-play media. Listen to the Holy Spirit and use the gift of a discerning spirit to know what is the truth and what is fabrication. Malachi 3:17-18."

North Korea held mass rallies across the nation Saturday, which marked the "day of struggle against U.S. imperialism," when government leaders promised to "annihilate the enemy," according to its propaganda outlet.
Rallies were held in each providence of the nation, and an extensive list of government leaders spoke to denounce the U.S. as "imperialist beasts," according to the state-run Korean Central News Agency. The gatherings in Pyongyang reached 120,000 attendees, the propaganda wing reported.
