The bill would allow local law enforcement to arrest these non-citizens.
A violation would be a “top-tier misdemeanor – or a low-level felony for a second offense,” according to POLITICO...

- When it comes to our elections, no one should want to be too careful. After all, there are a lot of countries that would probably love to screw us over in that regard, given the chance.
- Election integrity is one of those things no one should really be against, at least not in principle.
- And yet, even citizen oversight is a bridge too far for some.

Democratic state senator doesn't get her way, so she threatens riots: 'Gloves out' | Blaze Media:
Democratic politicians frequently concern-monger about supposed threats to democracy. However, when democratic processes produce results they don't like, they're often the first to make threats or champion violence.
Tennessee state Sen. Charlane Oliver (D) recently expressed outrage over the passage of a bill that would prevent local officials from introducing policies or ordinances that limit the ability of police to properly fulfill their duties. Since voters elected not to empower a sufficient number of lawmakers with Oliver's leftist worldview to kill the bill, the cofounder of the identitarian activist group Equity Alliance suggested an alternative means of getting her way.

Part of the problem for Hertz was that even people who might want to buy an EV wouldn’t necessarily want to rent one while on the road, when they don’t necessarily have the ability to plug them in to charge them as they would at a private home...

A cynical public now expects any accused prominent leftist to remain unindicted, while any non-leftwing target will be indicted, convicted, and jailed—for the same alleged offenses. - Victor Davis Hanson
- In 2011, then Homeland Security Advisor to President Obama, John Brennan, swore before Congress that drone-targeted assassination missions near the Pakistani border had not led to “a single collateral death.”
- In 2013, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper also lied under oath to Congress when he laughably stated that the National Security Agency did not spy on American citizens.
Later, when called out by senators, Clapper fudged in a televised interview. “I responded in what I thought was the most truthful, or least untruthful, manner by saying no.”...Nothing happened...

Explained Liberty Counsel, "For several years, we have been told that gender dysphoria must be treated by affirming the patient’s delusion and poisoning the patient with cross-sex hormones while waiting for body mutilation surgeries to remove healthy organs. How many times have we been told that 'the science is settled'? Well, it turns out 'the science' isn't settled. In fact, what the so-called gender industry has been shoving down our throats is not science at all."
Biden's media covers for him again!-----ABC, CBS Bury NY Post Bombshell on Suspected Terrorist Caught at the Border
.., he was asked what he was doing in the US, to which he replied, ‘I’m going to try to make a bomb,’"Published Sunday online and on the front page of Monday’s print edition, our friend Jennie Taer at the New York Post dropped a bombshell that an illegal immigrant recently detained at the border told Customs and Border Protection officials not only is he a member of the Lebanon-based, Iranian-linked Islamic terrorist group Hezbollah, but he wanted to travel New York to carry out a terror attack with a bomb.
- Not surprisingly, none of this was mentioned on Sunday night or Monday morning by the major broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC on their flagship morning or evening news shows. On Monday evening, it was the same story with ABC and CBS, but NBC Nightly News broke ice -- albeit with a short, 45-second report...
