'Demeaning, patronizing, and unconstitutional': Super-woke state gets sued for blatantly racist action * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

A new lawsuit is challenging the blatantly racist practices of the state in Gov. Tim Walz's Minnesota. It is from the Pacific Legal Foundation and is on behalf of Do No Harm, an association of medical professionals. They are contesting the "racial quotas" that are imposed by the state on its Health Equity Advisory and Leadership Council.

Accountable to ... who??!!-----EU COMMISSION IN CRISIS: WHO CAN BE TRUSTED?

The European Union Commission, led by Ursula von der Leyen, is facing serious questions about corruption, accountability, and financial mismanagement. - Clarice Feldman
  • Von der Leyen Under Investigation: Ursula von der Leyen is reportedly under investigation for undisclosed financial links to Pfizer, particularly over vaccine procurement contracts during the pandemic. Can someone embroiled in such allegations truly be trusted to act in the best interests of European citizens?
  • Christine Lagarde’s Scandal: Let’s not forget Madame Lagarde, former head of the IMF and now President of the European Central Bank, who was convicted of negligence in a corruption case in France. Yet, she remains in one of the most powerful financial positions in Europe.
  • Financial Chaos: The European Court of Auditors’ findings of a 5.6% error rate in the EU’s €240 billion budget expose the Commission’s inability to manage taxpayer money. Where is this money going? How much of it is being wasted or worse—misused?
This isn’t just about mismanagement; it’s about a system that protects its elites while failing the citizens it claims to serve.
Can we trust an organization that tolerates corruption at its highest levels?
Europe’s sovereignty and future are at stake.
It’s time for full accountability and an end to this elite impunity.

Biden Admin Quietly Spent $15 Mil To Distribute 'Contraceptives and Condoms' in Afghanistan—and Said Doing So Would Take 'Some Coordination' With Taliban

The $15 million USAID and its partner groups spent to "procure contraceptives," including "oral contraceptives and condoms" in the Middle Eastern nation was part of a $100 million package meant to support "basic rights and freedoms" and empower "women and girls" living under Taliban rule. - Adam Kredo
  • The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) earmarked the cash infusion, which has not been previously reported, last July
  • It transmitted the funds to Afghanistan in August, according to the funding notice and congressional sources familiar with the matter...

Powerful Republican: Joe Biden's pardons for his own family are not legitimate * WorldNetDaily * by Joe Kovacs

A powerful Republican in Congress investigating Joe Biden and his family members for corruption says the former president's last-minute pardons for his relatives are not only "an admission of guilt," they're also not legitimate. "I don't think these preemptive pardons would hold up in court," House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., told Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures." "This is an admission of guilt by Joe Biden. Everybody in America knows it."

Fix the damn roads??!!-----Whitmer urges new taxes to fix Michigan roads

Tax could target gas, mileage, or tolls -  Jamie A. Hope
It’s a new legislative term, and one of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s first calls for action was to increase taxes.
To my friends in the GOP: fixing the roads in a sustainable way means looking for new, fair sources of revenue,” Whitmer said in a Jan. 16 press release.
Whitmer’s primary campaign promise in 2018 was to fix Michigan roads.
  • Seven years later, the governor is still talking about roads.
But her latest comments did not say where the increased revenue will come from.
Options could include raising the gas tax, enacting toll roads, or creating a mileage tax.
“She had 6 years, a 40% increase in state revenue, a legislative trifecta and a $9 billion dollar surplus,” Nesbitt wrote on X...

Evil empire is coming down: Exposing WOLVES in the second Trump Era | Blaze Media

“That was an evil empire they were building, and it will come down,” Glenn boomed to the audience. “We have to know who the good guys are, who the bad guys are, who’s actually on the team, and now that we have all of this popularity, suddenly Donald Trump is cool with everyone.”

“We have to make sure those who wear masks are not coming in and claiming to be part of this team, and they have no intention of being on the team,” he continued.

Yes. The already mentally infirm are getting worse!

All about greed, money. Fed/state money is distributed by number of "humans", not number of "citizens". Schools, local governments, NGOs, police all need the fakes to keep the money flowing!-----Activists push for ‘sanctuary city’ status in Grand Rapids amid Trump’s deportation pledge

A pro-immigration group is organizing a demonstration at the Tuesday, Jan. 28 Grand Rapids City Commission meeting to demand that commissioners put sanctuary protections in place and prohibit local police from cooperating with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on deportation efforts. - Melissa Frick | mfrick@mlive.com
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – As the Trump administration has promised to crack down on illegal immigration nationwide, local immigrant advocates are asking city officials to declare Grand Rapids as a sanctuary city to protect undocumented immigrants...
Jeff Smith, a volunteer organizer with the GR Rapid Response to ICE group, said he wants Grand Rapids’ elected officials to send a message of solidarity to local immigrants and take a firm stand against President Donald Trump’s pledge to conduct mass deportations...

NYT: It Is Just a Clump of Cells if They're American; It Is a Child If the Mother Is 'Undocumented

We have finally discovered what will make The New York Times treat an unborn child as a human being. - David Strom
  • Make the mother an illegal alien, and the fetus is suddenly fully human.
Pre-born children have always had a dual identity, actually, so I may be exaggerating a bit when I describe the Times' change of heart.
A sort of Schrödinger's fetus: if the mother wants to give birth, it is a precious gift to be cherished; if the mother wants to chuck it in the trash, it is a clump of cells....

Deport ALL illegals!

The Greatest Crime Wave in U.S. History | Canada Free Press

All the Democrat Party needed was one more term in office to finish their overthrow of the United States of America. God has granted us a reprieve. - Ray DiLorenzo
In a banana republic, when people go against a criminal political order, demanding an investigation, protesting election chaos, and an apparent coup d’état, the government that stole the election takes a hard stand. But this was no banana republic.
  • In order to 'legitimize' their power base and conceal their complicity, the Democrats had to show the world how serious and 'illicit' the opposition was.
  • They made them look as guilty as possible, imprisoning scores of people, many in solitary confinement without trial, erecting steel fencing around the Capitol building, and conducting investigations of sorts.
  • The Democrats, along with the FBI and numerous toadies, were complicit in one of the greatest series of crimes in American history
  • A veritable 4-year crime wave by a political party unwilling to abide by the law or a clean election. (Read: Beyond Treason, Amazon.)...

Many reasons, but few dispute the reduction of student-in-class hours are part of the debacle.
Covid-years brought out millions spent to allow homeschooling via ZOOM-style education.
Today, increased truancy and expansion of the "abundance-of-caution" mentality has enabled weather/fear of violence/building maintenance issues etc. to increasingly shut down in-school teaching.
More so on Fridays/Mondays.
Yet, few (any?) schools have moved to ZOOM-teaching when events temporally "force" schools to be closed.
Would you like to see "snow days" replaced by "Zoom-days"?

Ending freebee junkets for the vax and "settled science" crowd?? YES!!-----‘Never seen anything like this’: Trump’s team halts NIH meetings and travel

In an unprecedented move, research-grant reviews have been suspended indefinitely at the world’s largest public funder of biomedical research.
Confusion and anxiety is rippling through the US health-research community this week following Donald Trump taking office as the 47th US president
His administration has abruptly cancelled research-grant reviews, travel and trainings for scientists inside and outside the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the world’s largest public biomedical funder. Adding to the worry: the Trump team appears to have deleted entire webpages about diversity programmes and diversity-related grants from the agency’s site...

The tendency to turn from transcendent reality to shallow activism may well be the work of the accuser himself. Anyone shocked by Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde's shrill, partisan lecture on Tuesday hasn't been paying attention. Christianity has been in a sad state for years. Ostensibly, the "interfaith service" was meant to ask God to guide the new administration. For her part, Budde dwelled on the here and now, chastising President Trump for not sharing her traditional liberal faith in open borders and "trans children."

9/3/2021!-----California's Cataclysmic Wildfires Were Entirely Preventable - Climate Change Dispatch

California's Cataclysmic Wildfires Were Entirely Preventable - Climate Change Dispatch - Tristan Justice
  • President Joe Biden declared the Caldor Fire threatening communities at Lake Tahoe, California an emergency Wednesday night to dispatch federal resources to the relief effort...
  • Meanwhile, the Dixie Fire 120 miles north of the area scorched half of Lassen Volcanic National Park and remains only 52 percent contained...
None Of This Had To Happen
The apocalyptic carnage across California each year is entirely preventable
While Democrats perpetuate the manufactured narrative by legacy media that climate change is the sole culprit for this charred devastation, western states are burning primarily as a consequence of bad land management.
A quick examination of the map for nearly every major forest fire to make national headlines will reveal the deadly blazes either start or grow on federally mismanaged land.
  • “I don’t think you can call it a coincidence,” said Jonathan Wood, the vice president of policy and law at the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC), adding that two-thirds of fires start on federal property. “If it were one, maybe it would be a coincidence, but when you’ve got a series, you’ve got a trend.”
  • Wood told The Federalist the outbreak of current forest fires was entirely predictable, raising alarm in a report published in April that the U.S. Forest Service confronted a backlog of 63 million acres with a “high risk or very high risk of wildfire” and another 80 million acres in need of restoration.
  • The build-up of fuel to follow 100 years of fire suppression has led to the creation of massive tinderboxes ripe to go up in the conflagrations seen today.
  • Forestry experts say preventing high-intensity fires requires more thinning and prescribed burning...

Anthony Fauci, Joe Biden's health adviser who was at a salary just short of half a million dollars a year before retiring on a pension estimated at $350,000 per annum, had collected some $15 million in special security benefits since he left government. But no more.

Michigan Teachers Union Contract Allows Teachers to Stay on the Job After Selling Drugs and Repeatedly Being Drunk at School

Lenient Disciplinary Policies in Michigan School District Raise Serious Questions About Accountability and Safety - Dave Bondy
A recently highlighted union contract in Michigan's Bay City Public Schools has sparked outrage over its disciplinary provisions for teachers involved in illegal activities, including drug and alcohol offenses...
  • According to the collective bargaining agreement, a teacher who is found manufacturing, selling, or distributing illegal drugs on school property can face as little as a three-day unpaid suspension paired with mandatory counseling.
  • The policy applies to other offenses as well, including being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during school activities...
