Teachers, school board sign four-year contract: "Wage increases. Teachers will receive a 2 percent increase retroactive for the 2004-05 year; 2 percent for the current year; 2 percent for 2006-07; and 1 percent for 2007-08. "
This doesn't seem too bad for either side.
