Michigan collects $1B to boost education
"Michigan can collect more than $1 billion in federal funding to help save teachers’ jobs and turn around schools, U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan announced today. The money is part of the $787-billion stimulus bill passed by Congress this year."
I can't wait to hear their ideas on "turning around schools".
Yeah, right.....another billion down the rathole.......
