"Michigan Democrats frustrated by last week's delay in a federal challenge to the state's constitutional ban on same-sex marriage say they will continue to fight for equality as the U.S. Supreme Court considers two related cases.
U.S. Judge Bernard Friedman last week heard arguments in a case seeking to overturn the state's 2004 voter-approved amendment defining marriage as between one man and one woman.
