1. Denver, CO
Denver actually isn't the first in per-capita dispensaries; that honor goes to Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
That said, Denver actually has one marijuana store for every 3,780 residents, and there's at least a hundred more opening in the near future. 2.1% of residents have a medical marijuana card. (Hmm.)"
