"MUSKEGON, MI – The architecture and construction firms met with county and city officials on Thursday to hash out guidelines for an expansion and restoration of the Muskegon Area Transit System's Morris Avenue center.
The federally-funded $2 million project – in the planning stage for more than 10 years -- has a deadline for substantial completion by Sept. 30.
But there's still no plan on paper for how it will be built."
