Officers said several witnesses called police to complain about the overly amorous couple on the tubes.
"Witnesses advised CO Greenway that the two having sex in plain view were in a group of tubes that included a young female child," a report showed.
As it turns out, officers tracked down the tubers and discovered the man was wanted on outstanding warrants and the woman was on parole.
Both were taken to jail.
