The city of Detroit scored a victory on Friday in its bankruptcy case.
U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman affirmed a ruling by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes that tax revenue from Detroit's three casinos belongs to the city and can’t be accessed by a bond insurer while Detroit is in bankruptcy,
