- 9 percent of respondents said employees have a good work ethic
- 17 percent of respondents said the county has a good quality of life
- 23 percent of respondents said Muskegon County has a good business climate
- On a scale of 1 to 7, respondents rated the availability, quality and stability of workers in the 4 range
- 59 percent of respondents are seeing their number of unfilled positions increase
- 62 percent of respondents identified barriers to growth, and among those 45 percent identified talent as a barrier (others include affordable housing and transportation)..."
