The truth: Trump has said twice that he would immediately sign a standalone bill that provides emergency funding for USPS, but the democrats will not present one without other stipulations attached to it such as giving illegal aliens stimulus checks, mandatory Vote by Mail legislation, and bailouts for blue states destroyed by rioting. Furthermore, Trump's Treasury Dept loaned USPS $10 billion in coronavirus relief funding at the end of July.'
