Twitter labels Trudeau minister’s video about O’Toole as ‘manipulated media’
"Twitter took official action against Liberal Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland's account Sunday, following her tweeting out a doctored video of Conservative leader Erin O'Toole.
After The Post Millennial broke the story earlier in the day, Twitter flagged the Liberal MPs account for "manipulated media." 

...However, it was quickly revealed that the Liberal campaign doctored the video.
Meanwhile, Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party campaigned all Sunday on this talking point, including Freeland sending out a mass mailer and Trudeau speaking in public, spreading the disinformation.
"O'Toole came out in the pandemic, clearly in favour of a private, for-profit healthcare system for Canada," said Trudeau on a campaign stop in New Brunswick.
