Creating "hate" out of thin air!-----‘But where are you really from?’

"A member of staff at Buckingham Palace has resigned after asking a black charity worker called Ngozi Fulani where she was from. 

This seemingly left Ms Fulani traumatised and has led to accusations of racism for this so-called micro-aggression."
