• This is where "liberals" call on a "international rules based order" to step in to make the "rules" for all. 

But most of these international rules based order pseudo-legalistic entities have been utterly unable to enforce any of their rules, and have become captured and led to promulgate bad rules, or stupid rules, or outright evil rules, such as the international denunciations of Israel which in recent years have morphed into outright antisemitism and demands for a Palestinian state to be erected dedicated to war against Israel and its destruction.
