Rep. Gerald Connolly (D-Va.) tried to publicly shame Rep. Nancy Mace during Wednesday’s House Oversight and Government Reform hearing, repeatedly whining that she “used a phrase that is considered a slur in the LGBTQ community and the trans community.”

In a move reminiscent of Vice President Vance saying “I don’t care, Margaret,” Rep. Nancy Mace confidently responded “Tranny, tranny, tranny! I don’t really care. You want penises in women’s bathrooms, and I’m not gonna have it. No, thank you. It’s disgusting.”
