If the war in Ukraine had crucial strategic value, if Ukraine was an ally or traditional friend, if I felt fighting to the end would stabilize the world, I'd say keep going - Jason Jacoby 

Yet my greatest desire at this point is put American focus where it needs to be: China. 

• China now has more of everything militarily than the US, except nukes. 
• And how many hits does it need to take us out? 
• They're launching 2 ships a month... 2.

I want Ukraine to survive. 

I use Finland and the winter war as the model. 

The time for a favorable ceasefire is slipping past... 

• What happens if Ukraine wins? We maybe have a buffer but a trigger spot for NATO. What happens if Putin wins? We have a trigger spot next to NATO.
• How much treasure and blood is this worth? 

If I thought any of this would deter China, give it pause for thought, I'd say let's consider. 

But it's not..
Peace is possible and possibly long term...look at Finland.
