The people who told you Joe Biden was fine are now telling you Alex Padilla is a victim...
But for this very brief moment, he’s the United States senator known for this silly little stunt during a Kristi Noem press conference in Los Angeles.

• Trump has been shot at twice in the past year. 
• Riots are breaking out from coast to coast. Los Angeles is under curfew.
• Then some guy in street clothes barges into a DHS press conference in a federal building, tries to rush the podium yelling nonsense, and claims to be a senator while grappling with security.
• This is the precise reason elected officials and their staffers have armed guards.

They handled it perfectly.
“Don’t you know who I am?” Well… no.
Whatever happened to “no one is above the law”?...
