I've been thinking about the recent Supreme Court case on transgender athletes in women's sports, and what struck me most wasn't the legal arguments—it was how quickly any attempt at clear-headed discussion gets rerouted into claims about "complexity." - Michael Smith
  • But the debate about men in women's sports isn't about sexuality or identity. 
  • It's about bodies. 
  • It's about physiology, bone density, lung capacity, and the competitive advantages that come from male development. 
When people respond to that straightforward biological question by invoking the "complexity of human sexuality," they're not being nuanced—they're changing the subject....
