You have a situation now where many of the school systems have a large number of Marxists in them, and their belief is that children actually belong to the government, actually belong to the school system, and they have the right to do what they want to do, and their agendas they know frequently would not correspond with what the parents would want. So don't tell the parents and just do what you want to do.
