George Mason economist Don Boudreaux told John Stossel the left’s poverty crisis is a statistical illusion. 

The Census Bureau says 11% of Americans live in poverty — but it refuses to count the help they actually receive: 

• food stamps, 
• housing subsidies, 
• Medicaid, 
• free school meals.
