• They quickly selected 500 delegates to meet next weekend in Bangor to choose a replacement nominee. 
• They got a bunch of Democrats to file for it, but several of these candidates have already dropped out - in just a couple of days - when they realized the fix was in for the state senate president.

While they boast about their beloved democratic process, we really have to remind ourselves that they respect this democratic process so much that they just forced out the overwhelming primary winner (Platner won the primary with 72% of the vote just a month ago) over information that the voters all knew about when they were voting for him...
