Censored News: Black woman kills 12 y.o. white boy with blow torch |:
"But have you heard or seen news about a 44-year-old black woman named Mona Nelson who is on trial for the murder-by-blow-torch of a 12-year-old white Texas boy, Jonathan Foster?
Even worse, Nelson committed the murder more than 2½ years ago, on Christmas Eve 2010 — but we’d heard/seen NOTHING about this.
That’s because in Obama’s America, blacks now enjoy “black skin privilege” and Big Media simply turn a blind eye to black crimes, especially black-on-white crimes."
Important stuff you won't get from the liberal media! We do the surfing so you can be informed AND have a life!

CDC Study Ordered by Obama Contradicts White House Anti-gun Narrative
CDC Study Ordered by Obama Contradicts White House Anti-gun Narrative:
"For example, the majority of gun-related deaths between 2000 and 2010 were due to suicide and not criminal violence:
.....defensive use of guns “is a common occurrence,” according to the study:
Almost all national survey estimates indicate that defensive gun uses by victims are at least as common as offensive uses by criminals, with estimates of annual uses ranging from about 500,000 to more than 3 million per year, in the context of about 300,000 violent crimes involving firearms in 2008.
Accidental deaths due to firearms has continued to fall as well, with “the number of unintentional deaths due to firearm-related incidents account[ing] for less than 1 percent of all unintentional fatalities in 2010.”

Indiana union’s “Ponzi-like scheme” will cost National Education Association $14 million
Indiana union’s “Ponzi-like scheme” will cost National Education Association $14 million - EAGnews.org powered by Education Action Group Foundation, Inc
The state sued ISTA and NEA, claiming more than $27 million was owed to participating school districts after the trust went under due to bad, high-risk investments.
Under the terms of the settlement, NEA and ISTA will pay $14 million to the state within 10 days of all 27 school districts involved agreeing to the terms. Which union owes what was not disclosed, but it is academic since the Indiana affiliate is millions of dollars in the red and still effectively under NEA administratorship. The immediate payment will have to come from NEA’s national coffers, which means teachers all across the country are on the hook again to bail out ISTA.

University of Maryland Eastern Shore professors to get bulletproof whiteboards
University of Maryland Eastern Shore professors to get bulletproof whiteboards - Baltimore Sun:
"Calling "campus violence a reality" to prepare for, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore announced plans Thursday to spend $60,000 on the Clark Kent of teacher supplies: an innocuous-looking white board that can stop bullets.
The high-tech tablet — which hangs on a hook, measures 18 by 20 inches and comes in pink, blue and green — can be used as a personal shield for professors under attack, according to the company that makes it, and a portable writing pad in quieter times."

Oklahoma Anti-Sharia Law Thrown Out by a Federal Judge |
Oklahoma Anti-Sharia Law Thrown Out by a Federal Judge |:
"Tulsa World reports:
An Oklahoma constitutional amendment that would bar the state’s courts from considering or using Sharia law was ruled unconstitutional Thursday by a federal judge in Oklahoma City.
In finding the law in violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Establishment Clause, U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange issued a permanent injunction prohibiting the certification of the results of the state question that put the Sharia law ban into the state constitution.
“While the public has an interest in the will of the voters being carried out, the Court finds that the public has a more profound and long-term interest in upholding an individual’s constitutional rights,” the judge wrote.
How can a law that is being called upon to protect the Constitution of the United States be considered “unconstitutional?”
I would say "This defies any logic at all" but so much of today's news is illogical.
We are doomed......

Armed Washington Man Demands Victim Apologize "For All The Things White People Did To Black People"
Armed Washington Man Demands Victim Apologize "For All The Things White People Did To Black People": "The court document states that the victim identified the man as the "same person who had just pointed a handgun at him for 15-20 seconds and demanded he apologize for all the things white people did to black people."
The victim told the officers that he was “scared out of his mind” during the holdup.
He offered Nyashanu his wallet, but he was not interested in money.
He just wanted an apology.
The victim “apologized profusely” to Nyashanu, who then let him go.
Nyashanu’s gun was loaded when police found him, and he had several more rounds of ammunition in his backpack."

Million Muslim March in Washington D.C. Planned for 9-11 Anniversary | Independent Journal Review:
"We at AMPAC (American Political Action Committee) are planning an historic event for 9.11.13 where one million Muslims will march to Washington D.C. and demand that our civil rights be protected by our government.
We are demanding that laws be enacted protecting our 1st amendment .
We are asking President Obama to fulfill his promise from his first campaign for Presidency of a transparent government.
Lastly we are asking for the release of the 9/11 commission report to the American people."

Enroll America, a prominent nonprofit with close ties to the White House, said it’s focusing on 10 states as it ramps up a massive education campaign that will ultimately cost tens of millions of dollars.”
Enroll America isn’t just a “nonprofit,” it’s the shady “nonprofit” on whose behalf Kathleen Sebelius was shaking down companies she regulates for donations.
Now this non partisan nonprofit, on whose behalf a sitting Obama Administration official used her official position to raise money, is targeting Republican governors.
Remember when Democrats were complaining about a “culture of corruption?”

"When people are shopping for homes, they look at the square footage and compare school districts, but few remember to ask the listing agent about the likelihood of their dream home being flattened by a nightmarish superstorm.
Trulia, the online real estate service, is trying to facilitate this uncomfortable conversation by providing buyers and renters a data visualization tool that maps the historical rate of wildfires, tornadoes, and hurricanes for a given zip code.

Muskegon County Airport to add bathroom beyond checkpoint
Muskegon County Airport to add bathroom beyond checkpoint | MLive.com:
Muskegon County commissioners, meeting as the board's Transportation Committee, approved a $80,000 Michigan Department of Transportation grant contract for the airport.
The airport will come up with the required 10 percent match.
About $60,000 of the grant will go toward adding a bathroom beyond the checkpoint, said Marty Piette, the airport manager.
He said there haven’t been complaints, but comments on the lack of a bathroom.
“It’s an inconvenience because people have to be screened again if they leave the area to use the bathroom,” Piette said.
The other $20,000 will be used to refurbish the de-ice truck, he said.
Piette said there are no plans in place yet for the bathroom, but he expects the $60,000 will get him through the planning stages.

".....gun control is a real war on women. In denying women the right to keep and bear arms, governments at all levels force them into an attic like Mrs. Herman crawled into, but without the benefit of a gun. Wayne County's woes keep widening
Wayne County's woes keep widening | The Detroit News:
"Worse, Ficano’s county is hurtling toward the beginnings of a state takeover, evidently the only kind of reckoning understood by clueless politicians south of Eight Mile.
Anything less is license to practice business as usual — development boondoggles (county jail, Pinnacle Race Track), expensive early retirement packages, local and federal investigations.
We’ve seen this movie before in southeast Michigan:
Wayne County’s credit ratings are tanking.
Its budget deficits are widening.
Its pension fund for county retirees is woefully underfunded.
And what passes for financial management has the attention of the Treasury Department in Lansing."
