Illegal Alien Kills Two Young Girls, What Happened Next Will Anger You

Illegal Alien Kills Two Young Girls, What Happened Next Will Anger You:
"This heart-breaking story was discussed on Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly with guest host Laura Ingraham. Cisneros was convicted of two felonies for the hit-and-run, but will face neither jail time nor deportation. In fact, her case was completely dismissed, although the reason for the dismissal was not unveiled, neither was the name of the judge who committed the atrocity of not holding this illegal accountable for her crime.
Garcia-Cisneros is in the country as part of Obama’s DACA program, enacted via executive order in 2012, which rewarded those illegals he described as DREAMers, brought into the country as children, with the ability to stay in America despite their illegal status."

Taxpayers, Beware – of Big Wind’s Latest Deceitful Ad Campaign

Taxpayers, Beware – of Big Wind’s Latest Deceitful Ad Campaign | Somewhat Reasonable
As Siemens’ tax-sheltering market dries up in Europe, its U.S. marketing efforts are clearly geared toward increasing its income and profits via wind’s tax sheltering schemes in the United States.
The company stands to make millions, so Siemens ad campaign is obviously part of an overall pitch to persuade Congress to extend the hefty wind Production Tax Credit (PTC), more accurately called“Pork-To-Cronies.”
As Warren Buffett recently admitted,
“We get tax credits if we build lots of wind farms.
That’s the only reason to build them.
They don’t make sense without the tax credit.”
Taxpayers and ratepayers, beware!
As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the increasingly politicized IRS recently relaxed the definition of “commence construction” to the point where the definition bears no resemblance to the actual words.
During a hearing by the House Energy Policy, Health Care and Entitlements subcommittee last October, Curtis G. Wilson of the IRS admitted that developers can now game the system to the point where projects built years in the future could still meet the eligibility requirement for “commence” now.
U.S. taxpayers and ratepayers are doomed when, instead of allowing the markets to work, crony-corruptocrats are picking the winners and losers in the energy marketplace, using such nefarious tactics.
Sadly, most people don’t even know the difference between energy and power
This reality has built the framework for the biggest swindle ever perpetrated on citizens worldwide.
Many have bought into the alarmist argument that “we have to do something” to stop “dangerous manmade global warming.”
Enter the wind industry sales department, primed to capitalize on public fears and alarmist hype.

Soooo, government CAN quash religious freedom??------Marian (Catholic) High Students Rally Around Pregnant Lesbian Teacher Who Was Fired

Another "protected" class of government funded litigants.
Marian High Students Rally Around Pregnant Lesbian Teacher Who Was Fired –  Deadline Detroit:
After nine years of teaching chemistry and coaching two teams at Marian High, Barbara Webb is absent from Marian High -- fired after disclosing that she's a lesbian mother-to-be.

Barbara Webb: "It is part of Marian's mission to educate women about human diversity."
Webb, 33, tells the Free Press she was fired last month because the "the public, visible nature of a pregnancy" conflicts with the Bloomfield Hills parochial school's morality clause barring a “lifestyle or actions directly contradictory to the Catholic faith."
“That you can’t hide a pregnancy from the public is why I was terminated,” she's quoted as saying. "She learned she was pregnant in June, told her employer in July and was fired in mid-August," Robert Allen and Katrease Stafford write, based on Webb's account.
The school’s president, Sister Lenore Pochelski, confirmed Tuesday that Webb’s employment ended on about Aug. 19. But she declined to comment
Webb and her partner of more than five years, Kristen Lasecki, live in Madison Heights.

Government theft equals collapse of civilization in Detroit------How Broke is Detroit? Firefighters Use Pop Cans For Emergency Alerts

And guess who is gonna pay to fix the theft?
How Broke is Detroit? Firefighters Use Pop Cans For Emergency Alerts  –  Deadline Detroit:
"How broke is Detroit?
How archaic is the fire department's emergency alert system?
Tresa Baldas of the Detroit Free Press writes that Detroit is so broke that firefighters get emergency alerts through pop cans, coins, door hinges, pipes and doorbells.
She writes "that they make these gizmos themselves — one involving a pop can that gets tipped over by an incoming fax. The clink of the can means there’s an emergency. Then there’s the chain-reaction gadget: a fax hits a door hinge, which then tugs on a wire, which then sets off a doorbell"

Media elite: Matt Lauer signs $20 million-a-year deal that includes helicopter commute

Media elite: Matt Lauer signs $20 million-a-year deal that includes helicopter commute - BizPac
There is good reason why they’re called the media elite.
“Today” host Matt Lauer signed a $20 million-a-year deal with NBC in June that is said to include helicopter service to fly him from his spread in the Hamptons to the TV studio in Manhattan and back each day.
Page Six from the New York Post reported:
As part of the deal, NBC agreed to pay for Lauer to chopper out to the Hamptons, where he has a 40-acre horse farm in Water Mill and a nearby mansion, reportedly worth $15 million, in which he lives year-round with his wife, Annette Roque, and their children.
According to Page Six, NBC is determined to keep Lauer now that the morning show has recovered from a hit it took when co-host Ann Curry was dismissed in 2012 — reports are that Curry and Lauer didn’t get along.
“NBC News chiefs want to do everything to keep Matt happy,” a source told the New York Post. “They believe ‘Today’ has turned a corner and he is the key to its continuing success.”

Here’s How the Price of Your Favorite Fast Food Would Change With a $15 Minimum Wage: "Thousands of fast-food workers across 150 cities nationwide gathered today to call for a $15-an-hour minimum wage.
However, a report released today by James Sherk, senior policy analyst in labor economics at The Heritage Foundation, found that fast-food restaurants would have to boost their prices 38 percent to make up for the increased labor costs."

READ THIS-----How municipalities in St. Louis County, Mo., profit from poverty

How municipalities in St. Louis County, Mo., profit from poverty - The Washington Post:
"Some of the towns in St. Louis County can derive 40 percent or more of their annual revenue from the petty fines and fees collected by their municipal courts.
A majority of these fines are for traffic offenses, but they can also include fines for fare-hopping on MetroLink (St. Louis’s light rail system), loud music and other noise ordinance violations, zoning violations for uncut grass or unkempt property, violations of occupancy permit restrictions, trespassing, wearing “saggy pants,” business license violations and vague infractions such as “disturbing the peace” or “affray” that give police officers a great deal of discretion to look for other violations.
In a white paper released last month (PDF), the ArchCity Defenders found a large group of people outside the courthouse in Bel-Ridge who had been fined for not subscribing to the town’s only approved garbage collection service.
They hadn’t been fined for having trash on their property, only for not paying for the only legal method the town had designated for disposing of trash."

....In addition to moving its municipal court to a gymnasium, just last week the council voted to add a $10 fee to every ordinance violation to fund a new, larger courthouse.
After all the recent national attention on Ferguson, local attorneys are floored.
“It’s just completely tone deaf,” says Khazaeli.
“They got caught violating the law.
So in response they’re going to build themselves a new courthouse, and they’re going to finance it on the backs of the poor.
It’s incredible.”
Harvey says there’s a much easier way to address the crowded courthouse problem.
“They could just hold more court sessions.
That would easily take care of the overcrowding.
It would also make life a little easier for the people who have to come to court.
But that would cost the city money.
So instead they’re just going to slap a new tax on the poor.”
Still, local attorneys say that even before the rule change, the lines for municipal court sessions in these towns — particularly the poorer towns — could often outside the courthouse doors and wind down sidewalks for blocks.

Yes, they elect crazy, crooked "leaders" Evil too.-------NY Dem Anastasia Robertson Storms Out Of Meeting [VIDEO]

NY Dem Anastasia Robertson Storms Out Of Meeting [VIDEO] | The Daily Caller:
The New York Councilwoman who claimed the federal government of “AmeriKKKa” is going to “round up and execute” black people following the Ferguson shooting stormed out of a meeting Thursday after a new accusation was leveled against her.

.....Sgt. Tom Hoffman, president of the Police Benevolent Association, said in the meeting that Democratic Councilwoman Anastasia Robertson took part in a group effort to incite a white police officer to violence, because he was talking to a black woman involved in a domestic dispute, reported the Times Union.

......“This is why the black community doesn’t respect the police,” Robertson allegedly said with a camera pointed at the officer. “You only go after black people.”
Hoffman said her effort to foment anti-police sentiment was “unethical and unprofessional,” and asked the Ethics Committee to consider removing her from her position.
She serves on the Public Safety Committee, in addition to her elected position on the Troy City Council.
Here is a screenshot from Grio, where she’s been commenting on an article about Michael Brown. “We are hogs for the slaughter,” she says.

Yes. It WILL happen again under this president--------Military Experts: With ISIS in El Paso, Ft. Bliss in Danger of Terrorist Attack

Military Experts: With ISIS in El Paso, Ft. Bliss in Danger of Terrorist Attack - Judicial Watch
"The recent increase in security at a key Army base near a Mexican border city where Islamic terrorists are confirmed to be operating and planning an attack on the United States indicates that the facility is a target, according to senior military experts contacted by Judicial Watch.
Last week JW reported that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is working in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED).
High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed to JW that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued.
Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.
... “It’s a significant issue when this is done,” says retired Army Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, former commander of the Army’s elite Delta Force who also served four years as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.
“That means they’re getting a threat stream.
Ft. Bliss had to have a clear and present threat.”
The inaccuracies to the public appear to be part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to downplay the bloodshed that has long plagued the southern border and now the imminent threat of Islamic jihadists planning a strike as the 13th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil approaches.
Remember that Obama’s first Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, famously proclaimed that the border is as secure as it’s ever been even as organized syndicates took over portions of the region, smuggling drugs, humans, weapons and money into the U.S."

Speed Kills Racial Profiling Study

Speed Kills Racial Profiling Study
Being denounced as virtual Klansmen, the state troopers demanded a real study.
Confident that any new study would merely serve to confirm the troopers' racism, the DOJ and the New Jersey attorney general commissioned a statistical investigation from the Public Services Research Institute in Maryland.
The institute's study was a spectacular thing. Using expensive monitors with high-speed cameras and radar detectors, they clocked the speeds of nearly 40,000 drivers on the relevant section of the turnpike. Three researchers then examined the photos to determine the race of the driver -- without knowing whether the driver was speeding, which was defined as going more than 80 mph in 65 mph zones.
The result: No racial profiling.
Blacks constituted 25 percent of all speeders and they were 23 percent of drivers stopped for speeding. Controlling for age and gender, blacks sped at about twice the rate of whites. The racial disparity was even greater for drivers exceeding 90 mph.
Inasmuch as the study was irrefutable, Mark Posner, a lefty Clinton holdover in the Bush Justice Department, tried to block it from being released, continuously demanding more information.
But no matter how statisticians fiddled with the data, the results were identical: Blacks were twice as likely to speed as whites -- and at much higher speeds. The troopers were completely vindicated.
When the study finally leaked -- over Posner's objections -- he informed the press it wasn't "valid" without articulating any actual problems with it. The attorney general of New Jersey, David Samson, nonsensically said the results didn't matter because New Jersey had already admitted its troopers were engaging in racial profiling.
Perhaps the Times is right and there is no comprehensive study of police shootings by race. But it's also possible that there is one, it didn't come out as planned, so it has never seen the light of day.

VIDEO: Vicious Hate Crime in Missouri: Blacks Attack White Couple; Race Hustlers Silent:
"Any attack of one person against another is horrible. But, the race hustlers like Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, and Obama seem to be fixated on only one possibility. That is that whites attacking blacks are hate-filled bigots who should be prosecuted for hate crimes, or called out by the President of the United States, before an investigation has even taken place."
